Iman is not a number in a breaking news headline, nor an image to be consumed and forgotten. Iman is a child whose childhood was crushed by war before it even began. She suffers from brittle bones; her small body cannot endure falls or cruelty, yet she is forced to live in conditions never meant for a child. While children elsewhere run and laugh, Iman moves in fear fear of another fracture and learns far too early how to live with pain instead of play.

And with the cold, another kind of suffering begins.

Iman’s legs hurt her intensely an unbearable pain that worsens with the harsh winter nights and the freezing tent that protects nothing. The cold creeps into her fragile bones, turning pain into silent tears and nights without sleep. A sick child battling the cold, instead of being wrapped in warmth, instead of resting in a safe bed.

What kind of world accepts a child suffering like this?

What kind of conscience allows a sick childhood to be crushed first by war and then by winter? Your indifference is not neutrality it is silent participation. Iman is not asking for the impossible. Seeing lots of additions about how I should “run more tests” and I want to make it abundantly clear that I never WANTED to test anything. I made the first post for fun because I thought it was funny, and I made the second post because I was mad that the first got instantly marked mature.

I tagged the second post “testing something” because that specific post wasn’t actually a post I wanted to make, and I was mad that my joke got filtered, so I wanted to demonstrate the discrepancy knowing that the cis version was never going to get marked mature. The tag was just there so people wouldn’t get confused about why I, an extremely trans-focused blog, made a cis-exclusive post.

This was not me trying to make some big statement or gather proof or evidence or anything. I’m just trying to make stupid jokes on my own damn blog without getting silenced purely because my target audience and I are transfeminine.

I should be allowed to just exist in my own mundane way without having to turn it into a fight, but if it comes to taking it lying down or making a fuss then you had better believe I will not go gentle.

Like don’t get me wrong, I do try to be very vocal and active in my transfeminism, but I am also just a girl who is trying to live her life!

unironically i think we need to bring back computer labs because APPARENTLY some people WERENT taught basic computer literacy and internet safety in school

ok one last addition! if you want to take it one level higher, i think learning the very basics of at least one programming language is good for people. it makes computers less scary and it makes you feel very cool, and a lot of people get discouraged about it because it seems overly complicated and hard to learn outside a formal classroom setting, so heres some resources for learning the very basics of python (because i consider it the easiest language to learn and knowing one language will make it easier to learn others)

The main takeaway from this test is that large statistical models lack any actual intelligence behind them contrary to the assertions made by companies developing them.
