i wrote 16k of an arthur and morgana fix it fic before i decided i didnt like it but now i really want to write an AU of the witchfinder ep where its morgana and not merlin who gets accused of sorcery cause there is so much angst potential in there. you have arthur struggling to come to terms with morgana having magic but refusing to accept that shes evil cause morgana may be many things, but evil is not one of them. then theres merlin feeling incredibly guilty because its his fault the witchfinder even got called and now morgana is paying for his recklessness, but he obviously feels like he cant tell arthur this. and morgana’s just waiting to die because she always knew that uther wouldnt give her any mercy for having magic.
