What is this event about?
Wishshipping Week is a celebration for fans of Jounouchi/Joey, Yugi, and the relationship between them. The event will run from February 19–25. Each day has two prompts (listed above), and creators are welcome to interpret them however they like.
You may use one prompt or both for any given day. You’re welcome to participate all week or only on the days that inspire you, every contribution is valid and appreciated! You may begin working on your creations as soon as the prompt list is released, but please wait to post your works until the event officially begins.
What content is allowed?
All forms of fan content and media are welcome! This includes fanart, fanfiction, edits, mood boards, playlists, headcanons, and more. Please be sure to label any necessary warnings, triggers, or ratings, and the mod will mirror those tags when reblogging to the event page.
If you’re unsure whether your content fits the guidelines or you need clarification, feel free to send an ask, the mod will respond as quickly as possible.
What about nsfw content?
NSFW (Not Safe For Work) refers to mature or explicit material, such as sexual content or graphic depictions of violence. NSFW content is allowed for Wishshipping Week, as long as the following guidelines are followed:
- All NSFW works must have clear warnings, tags, and ratings.
- NSFW content must be placed under a cut or linked to an external site.
- The mod will reblog with matching tags to ensure proper filtering.
- The mod reserves the right not to reblog works that are improperly tagged.
If you have any questions about how to label or share your content, you’re welcome to send an ask for clarification.
Where should content be posted?
This is primarily a Tumblr-based event, but you’re welcome to share your work on other platforms as well. To have your content reblogged and featured, please use the tag #wishshipweek2026 or tag @wishshipweek directly.
The mod will be checking the tag daily starting February 19th, and you will also have an additional week after the event to post late entries. All late works will still be reblogged.
If you create a piece for a specific day’s prompt but post it on a different day, that’s completely fine, it still counts! Just make sure to include the tag for the prompt/day so the mod can add it to the correct daily masterlist.
Please note that the mod reserves the right not to reblog content that is improperly tagged or does not align with the spirit of the event.
Finally, the purpose of this week is to have fun and celebrate this ship! Go out, create, and have fun! If you have any questions, send an ask!
Reblog to get this out of MtG and Pokémon circles, since anyone who knows enough about either will get this immediately

Wait I have more
My mom likes to say “Not my circus, not my monkeys, but I do know the clowns.”

[I.D.: a meme with the caption "damn we got next year tomorrow." Below it are two images of a person holding a cigarette covering their face with their hands and crying. /end I.D.]
here’s to all the things you survived quietly and privately this year
here’s to all the things you survived loudly, to the dead horses you beat to death, to the shit that makes you scream
Last night, I reread the doctor’s message again and again, hoping the words would change. They didn’t. Anemia has reached its most dangerous stage, her body is collapsing little by little, and time keeps closing in on my sister.
I’m not asking for miracles—I’m asking for hands to reach us before it’s too late. Please don’t scroll past this moment. Please donate. Your donation can keep hope alive and keep my sister alive.
Donations are nearly zero, time is merciless, and my sister is running out of breaths. Please donate now—do not wait. Your contribution today can stop this story from ending in loss.
Every hour without help pushes my sister closer to goodbye. This is not a story for sympathy alone—this is a plea for action. Please donate now and give my sister a real chance to live.
sharing makes a difference and anything you can give makes a difference, please do what you can
I asked the doctor if there was another way,
and his answer was harsh—it ended with the word death.
He said it clearly: surgery is the only chance to save my wife.
Medication may reduce the tumor, but without surgery, the risk of death remains.
I am a husband begging time to slow down
while it races against my wife’s exhausted body.
Our daughters—Alma, Lama, and Lina—are waiting for their mother,
my wife, whose life is hanging on the cost of a surgery we cannot afford.
Please, don’t let money decide the fate of my wife,
a mother of three young daughters.
Your donation today is the difference between life and death.
