Night, I prefer staying up late to waking up early (I go to bed at like 2am and will wake up at 8 usually. Like to sleep until like 9:30 on the weekends)

I saw a post where someone said to start your fic with the line “god dammit, I forgot Robby’s coffee” and loved the challenge. Here’s chapter 1 of that story, 2 will be up tomorrow, just wanted to build a little suspense.

I have a bunch of ideas for rabbot works, but I have NO idea which one to start with. This is the same dilemma I face when doing schoolwork and my to-do list gets long.

Nothing like having 30ish prompt ideas and 15 WIP pieces, but no time to actually write. I also keep coming up with new ideas and doing those before finishing my previous works 🤪

I got my roommate to watch The Pitt and we finished last night.

Some of her thoughts:

- “I swear if Jake doesn’t make up with Robby in season 2, I’m never going to forgive him for his mean words”

- “I love how everyone agrees that Jake is Robby’s STEPson. Not his son, not like his son. No, specifically his Stepson”

- “Maybe Abbot and Robby are best friends. Maybe they’re more, but you know what they definitely are? suicide prevention buddies.”

- “I swear if Abbot jumped on that day of all days. Like Robby can’t handle his mentor and his best friend both dying on the same day. He would never work again.”

- “Dana is my queen. She can’t quit” —> this was before PittFest

- “Damn, he sent Collins home. Who does that leave? Him, 3 residents, and 2 med students. He is just trying to make his day more difficult.” —> after the ambo talk

- “how can he possibly keep working when he has to pee so bad. When I have to go, that’s all I can think about.”

- “Robby never answered the first part of Heather’s question. She said “i was worried he would hate me for being selfish?” He just said “not selfish”. I mean yeah, she probably wanted to hear that, but I think more importantly she wanted to hear he doesn’t hate her. Plus, why isn’t he freaking out more”

-“do you think Dana knew about Heather’s abortion? Like is Robby going to mention it to her and get hit with an ‘oh, glad she finally told you’ because that would crazy”

-“Langdon goes to Dana, who is practically Robby’s sister and tries to get her to back him up. What an idiot”

- “I don’t like Santos. Girl, it’s your first day. Take a step back and listen for a change”

- “Whitaker trying to say he’s in between cars right now is hilarious. Like what are you doing, shopping around?”

There were plenty more. Needless to say, I got her hooked and she is DYING for season 2
