Can't take any Fanon Sister Imperator being a strict stick-in-the-mud slander when Nihil is literally right fucking there! He's the one who got pissy about Cardi's tricycle. Sister's the one who probably gave him that thing in the first place. Yeah, she gets pissed about people not doing their jobs, hence the murders, but she never said you can't have fun while doing your job! Nothing wrong with getting a bit silly with it, otherwise she never would've totaled her car for shits and giggles.
