Best thing about the new pokemon game is the utterly baffling daily schedule the protagonist has. Living out of an overnight bag in a hotel like suite life of Zack and Cody. Unclear whether you pay for this hotel room or not. Also unclear how this place even stays open because explicitly no one else stays here. Run around doing bullshit for a few hours and then the purge starts. Sleep for like one hour every few days because you’re busy participating in said purge all night. Come home to 5:00 am bullshit dinner. The only other thing you eat is like five coffees a day. Most of these are in the middle of the night. Rinse and repeat. I assume real life France is like this also

#it’s extra funny in this game because i feel like the others have suspension of disbelief#like we can assume most pokemon protags are camping or staying at pokemon centers at night because that’s what they do in the anime#but in za the day night cycle is relevant and you are just awake dicking around 24/7

me, realizing that despite my love for doing creative things i literally cant work on a consistent project for more then a week bc i loose the motivation abd think its not good enough for anyone to like, and that bc of this i'm not actually getting better and in fact am getting worse because i cant do anything without feeling hollow inside and i'm not actually good at anything i claim to be good at:
