This has no context I have a lot of drawings of Grace co-existing with the LiB in the form of plushies

Grace likes to put ribbons and accessories on her plushies, that's why Blinky has a ribbon, so this specific draw is in Black Friday Timeline (in a timeline where nobody dies because of a Nuke) so she went to babysit Tim, and she brought Blinky with her (she thinks that Blinky is just a plushie) because after babysitting Tim she is going to Ruth’s house to show her the plushie that her “father” bought her, since Ruth wanted a Tickle-Me Wiggly (Grace confused Blinky with Wiggly), and Tom didn't like that plushie.

Wilbur “gave” it to her the plushie, well more like He snuck into her house and left Blinky in a gift box and Grace just thought that it was a gift from her father.
