The majority of the rich teach their offspring to perpetuate a system that keeps the wealthy firmly in power, while the rest of us struggle. People with less are always more generous to others.

What I thought I was saying: Filming live singing for musicals is infamously difficult, it only succeeded for Wicked because the entire cast was comprised of the most dedicated theatre kids of the modern era. You'd do better to pre-record the song you were going to use and get the cast to lip sync over their own lines like a music video.
What our DOP apparently heard: If my actresses lip sync to the demo tracks provided they can overdub their own lines in the studio later.
Me: Sure, if you hate them and want to lock them in to recording their vocal lines in exactly one way with no room for dynamic expression, or- what are you doing, why have you arranged a shoot day before the studio day?
And the frustrating thing is it's all working completely fine because no one realizes how full of hubris they are. Except for me.
I'm staying out of it.

You don't actually have to talk to people, but if you're choosing not to, you deserve for it to be your choice, and not because your nervous system is holding you hostage.
It really might happen this year. I have a feeling.
Look I hope everybody has lesbian sex and gets their license and moves out and whatever but this post is about one thing only and you guys are diluting its power. No offense I hope that all happens but this post needs to be aimed at one point and it can't move.
