Hello New Followers and also Tag Browsers. Are you looking for an Ongoing Homestuck PostCanon Horror Spin-Off Webcomic? No? You are now. Read my team and I's hit webcomic, SOVEREIGNSTUCK! It's good! Synopsis below. Hit the Favorite button on it, too - that helps tell even more people everywhere that the comic's good, which it is. We're just getting started, but the fans certainly seem to like it, and the community's quite nice. They're always looking for more people to chat with, and we (as devs) are always looking for more people to appreciate this cool thing we're making together. And presumably, you're looking for a cool thing, too. Win/Win.

Does putting a bunch of Socially Maladjusted Marginalized High Schoolers in a broken RPG Deus Ex Machina with a focus on seizing Narrative Control from each other and molding its Players into Better Characters - not Better People - sound like a bad idea? Is it any better if they're stuck in there with game veteran Paradox Space Reincarnates of the Alpha Trolls as their guiding Patrons? How about their own Ancestors from millennia past, stuck in stasis in the depths of The Game for thousands of years, fully isolated from the real world, yet still fully ready to give their opinions on everything? No? Guess those guys are fucked, then! Might as well join the ride about it, huh?

Oh, and... Mind the Content Warnings, alright? It's gonna be a Turbulent one.

"fandom" style people are so funny like, you'll give them all the evidence in the world for your reading, why you've interpreted the text the way you did, and they'll just respond "well that's an unconfirmed fan theory" because the average Fandomite has a sub-"Maybe The Curtains Were Just Blue" level of literary analysis. like. i'm talking, "Well Technically Blue Can Mean Lots Of Things So Really I Think The Curtains Can Be Whatever Color You Liek :3" level.

the "Well THIS Dialogue Says This Thing So That's Exactly The Exact Truth It And That's That" school of fan-theory has to die. like, remember when everybody in the Deltarune fandom just assumed that the pizza body spray in Toriel's bathroom belongs to Asriel, just because Susie (somebody who doesn't fucking know Asriel) assumes that it is based on the fact that Kris doesn't smell like it? like come on some of you have got to have better literary analysis skills than you're letting on. please. please. it isn't even that subtle. it isn't even subtle at all

Genuinely its just a rule now that if there's some fucking controversy I will always believe the tma person over whatever opinion reddit or twitter is telling me

Do not believe reddit telling you the gaming youtuber was abusing their girlfriend do not believe tumblr telling you the werewolf incest roleplayer was soliciting nudes from minors do not believe sarah z or her chud informant when they tell you andrew hussie is a manipulator whose switch to any pronouns was a publicity stunt to make homestuck look more woke. Don't adopt the opinions the internet tells you to and dont spread the lies and defamation they want you to spread.

What happens when a game dies? The answer is usually "not much", but Sburb is far from a usual game. Sburb created the universe many thousands of years ago, so the legends say, and plenty of crackpots and so-called prophets have foretold its return.

The propagation of a new universe, however, is a lot more difficult than it seems, eight people suddenly find themselves trapped within a dying game, a game left to rot and stagnate after its original heroes failed to stop an event known only as The Catacylsm. With no way back out, no way of knowing what's changed, and no idea of what happened fifty-six years ago, only time will tell if this new batch of unwilling saviours has what it takes.

Or, to put it in more simple terms, a boy and his friends go on a quest.

Doomsday is a Homestuck fansequel currently being published on mspfa.com and written by @totallyjazzed, @foxgirlchainsaw, @dementedseal, @arklypurple, @compwetewy-bwaindead, and @verasquid. This blog exists to post teasers as to upcoming content, character and concept art, upd8 links, and anything else Doomsday-related that we can think of.

A full list of content warnings can be found in the comic's description on MSPFA and will be updated as the comic progresses.

The contents of this pinned post will also change as development and blog maintenance continues.

Special Thanks to the team behind @sovereignstuck for inspiring us and bringing us together.

Dave’s arc regarding Bro is about an abused child coming to terms with the fact that his guardian was abusive even if he wasn’t 100% a piece of shit all the time, while Rose’s arc regarding Mom Lalonde is about an abused child coming to terms with the fact that her guardian wasn’t 100% a piece of shit all the time even if she was abusive. But a lot of yall have trouble comprehending such nuanced portrayals of abuse and instead interpret these arcs to mean that Bro was the literal devil incarnate who couldn’t have possibly have cared about Dave in any capacity whereas Mom Lalonde was just a sweet lady trying her best and Rose was a problem child who was too harsh on her

How can you act like Homestuck fans aren’t constantly and consistently transmisogynistic to hussie and just in general. Have you been here before. Or recently. Have you ever had someone threaten you over a transfem character headcanon that the tma author confirmed herself or witnessed that happen. Do you know who gio is. Do you remember Kate Mitchell. Why has everyone forgotten her. Her name slips even my mind sometimes. Maybe I’m just too online, too absorbed in this “discourse” but I feel like you have to sew your ears shut to not hear it at least a few times. The average Homestuck fan fucking despises the author and this usually isn’t a good thing like the people who cheekily say this act like it is
