tenna calling kris 'kid' makes me put my head in my hands
one of my favorite things about tenna is that he has the same sort of fourth wall-breaking power as much more meta-aware characters like spamton and sans (being able to control the player POV, playing His Theme for asriel, pointing at the camera), he just. doesnt care. he could NOT give less of a fuck about higher narrative levels or whatever he's too busy tripping over his own ass trying to get somebody to love him

They're playing Dess' song. Even if she's the Knight or not, its still a song made by someone who believed in the Prophecy. Its a song to inspire whoever is following it
-Susie immediately starts making noise and ruining the song, to the point Tenna had to mute her
-Ralsei is changing the lyrics to Dess' song, and rewriting them to sound friendlier
-Kris is the only one doing it proper, but whether they suceed or not depends on the player

“Dark room”
An old-ish comic I made shortly before the new chapters’ release. I was thinking about how Kris’s room in castle town looked so much like their real room, and drawing from my own experiences and others about what darkness means to you as a kid. I was specifically drawing on the idea that “in the dark things start to look like other things, like monsters and stuff, and your imagination runs wild” and so when that exact same idea was brought up days later in Ralsei’s ch3 exposition I went crazy.
Now back to our regularly scheduled Spamtenna posting <3333 thank you so much to @yamsleftfoot who let me do whatever I wanted for this Spamtenna commission so I just shoehorned in every single one of my favorite Spamton/Tenna/Spamtenna tropes…. I love these dorks so much
