Personally I find this disgusting. Welcoming back a predator with open arms because you think they won’t do it again? Screw the people Sally hurt I guess, because she pinky promised not to do it again apparently.

And yes 20/21 is young but still most definitely old enough to know what you’re doing. This isn’t some silly one off mistake, it was grooming a minor over a significant period of time.

So yeah fuck that.

I’m so sorry to those who have been hurt by Sally, you deserve so much better than this.

I like how he claims that he hasn’t engaged in the warriors fandom for years despite being heavily invested in writing a blatant knockoff of the series.

I dont think I have a wide enough reach, but I want to explain and spread the info further for anyone not in the know. The adults in this spaces have to hold people accountable for this shit and not repeat the mistakes the community made. Sagutoyas was an animator who was in a romantic relationship with a 17 year old while being a adult. They were chased out of the wc animator community and the internet in 2023, and the whole thing is documented here, on twitter and on youtube - go look up the name if you want more information. Right now, Sagutoyas has returned on bluesky, and, to the surprise of many, TennelleFlowers (a semi-former wc artist and one of the authors of a wc inspired book series Alliance Saga: Clouded Moon, as well as a prominent member of the kingdom hearts fandom (he created the "Riku is Gay" video)), Snapdragon (one of the co creators of the aformentioned book series) voiced their support for her return. When people started spreading the news and information, the two of them stayed silent on social media, yet doubled down on their stance on their paid patreon server - and the rest you can see above. Why does this matter? Tennelle and Snap are still heavily intertwined within the warrior cats community, because the fanbase of the Clouded Moon is built directly by people who watched Tennelles videos about the world of the book. I'm speaking from the wc fan point of view, and we had many, many people over the years in the fanbase who took advantage of kids in the fanbase. Its an obvious statement, but we should not welcome back a known groomer in the fandom and space they caused harm in - we are not the one to forgive them or accept their non existent "change". Our responsibility is to call out people who do all that and who would allow such harm to happen again. What can we do? If you are a Clouded Moon fan - don't buy their books. Don't do fanart of the books characters. Stop supporting the series with money. Talk, again an again, about what the creators are currently doing. If you are a Warrior Cats fan - don't let Tennelle and Snap and their supporters think they can get away with this. Dont harrass them, but keep mentioning their behaviour and talking. If you are a Kingdom Hearts fan - now you know more about another member of your community! (This is the first and last post I will do on this situation unless something more dire comes up.)
