this is, btw, probably extremely fulfilling for this dog.

Dalmatians were supposed to be hunting dogs at the founding of the breed, but what they mostly became bred and used for was carriage dogs.

A carriage dog is a dog whose job it is to run alongside a horse and carriage and prevent anyone from interfering with it. They were excellent carriage security. Nobody could reach up and grab the horses reins, nobody could try to open the carriage door - you could even park with peace of mind

This is also how they became known as firehouse dogs, because fire trucks used to look like this

and i imagine having a carriage dog was very useful to prevent even well-meaning members of the public from doing anything stupid to the equipment or horses while you fought a fire.

So the dog in the video is probably feeling very Job Well Done about his activity

what if ravi persuades eddie to let his el paso house out instead of selling it right away and so eddie suddenly finds himself with a little bit of passive income and though most of it goes to mortgage and then most of what's left after that goes into christopher's college fund he allows himself a bit of fun money and immediately accidentally becomes buck's sugar daddy

I think buck due to his abysmal credit rating (soooo much medical debt one can only assume) has NOT been able to get a place as nice as his loft and is in fact living in a bit of a dump (though he's insisting it's just characterful), and a leaky pipe ruined some of his stuff so it's only natural for eddie to be ambling through the shops and just Get Buck Something Nice to cheer him up. it feels nice to Get Buck Something Nice, and then it feels really nice to hang out in buck's new place and see that soft mustard yellow throw tossed over the couch or that scented candle clearly well used in the bathroom or to watch buck demolish the slice of cake eddie brought him

hour 100 of thinking about an underdeveloped woman: ok but despite having only eight lines of dialogue she is literally THE most interesting nuanced and tragic character in the entire series and these writers had no idea what they even had. how is no one else seeing this it's literally so objectively obvious
