Make A Difference.

Please don’t feel like you are alone. Please don’t feel like you are constantly surrounded by the darkness of the night.

Why? Because you have an entire network of supporters around you. In person, and through this community.

We are each fighting our own battles, overcoming our our greatest roadblocks, and stepping out of our comfort zones. We are each trying, stretching, reaching to get passed our deepest fears.

First, take a moment to think about something that is troubling you. Something that causes you pain, hurt, worry.

This heart is a reminder that there is a support system around each of you. To everyone who is currently battling their own war, there is always someone to turn to. There is always a hand reaching out for you.

You are not alone. So please, if you would like to take a moment to support someone else, regardless of who it may be,

Whether it’s depression, PTSD, anxiety, an eating disorder; they’re all demons that we all face. Don’t ever feel embarrassed or ashamed. You are very much loved, worth it, and fully deserve to get through this battle. You are never alone. We are all here for you. 💕

Sometimes it’s difficult to discover ourselves for who we are.

Sometimes it’s challenging to accept the person in the mirror.

It can be hard, and we all struggle with it from time to time.

This is why I would love to be able to help.

You don’t deserve to feel left in the dark. You don’t deserve to feel alone, scared, or down upon yourself.

Why do we get Anxiety?

Why do we get anxiety?

Is it because we worry about what others think of us? Do we all expect something bad to happen to us?  Or do we believe that the world is unable to support us?

What ever it is, it’s a horrid feeling. That feeling that starts deep in your gut and doesn’t seem to go away.  It hangs over your head like a big ball of haziness, screaming at you constantly that bad things are coming,

that your life is out of your control, 

that you are not good enough… 

….Can things get any worse….? 

But they can. We must turn to that voice and completely flip it upside down. Slap it in the face. Turn it OFF. It ruins so many lives. It hurts so many feelings. It damages so many self images that it’s uncountable. Talk about one of the biggest problems that our society faces today.

Anxiety is a bitch. It’s fake. It’s untrue. Next time it pops its filthy head into your life, grab it by the neck and shove it someplace far away. Only you and your own, genuine thoughts are allowed to exist. Pure, and simple. Happy and positive. 

You are stronger than it. 

You are.

Important Mental Checklist.

When was the last time you told YOURSELF that you are beautiful?  

When was the last time you went out of your own way to take better care of yourself?

When was the last time you treated yourself?

When was the last time you showed someone a random act of kindness?

When was the last time you took a risk worth taking?

When was the last time you showed someone unconditional love?

When was the last time you showed YOURSELF unconditional love?

When was the last time you genuinely smiled?

When you have the chance, go through this checklist in your head.  Try to make them each a habit.  Keep your life positive, mindful, and flowing with positive energies.
