i had such an angel coded incident happen last night and this now connects to my retail headcannons so let's go
i was chucking out the waste after writing it off and i saw it was snowing so i let out a strangled "do you wanna build a snowman" and the walls around the bins are so high that you can't see anything apart from roofs of houses and all i hear is the most monotone voice go
"no!"
needless to say i wanted to curl up into a ball and cry in that moment i was MORTIFIED but i feel like thats very angel so yea

The Igto fandom is truly a marvel. Like y'all survived with only crumbs and true insanity since at least 2021. I am happy to say, I got the book because of a certain friend, and I might join the resistance to keep this tag and fandom somewhat alive.

zach and angel on a late night shift at a convenience store would go so hard. here's some things they'd do because i've been working 2-10pm shifts all week and im delirious
if either of them sees a customer they both despise, they tell the other that they're going to the toilet so that person has to serve that customer (this is very funny)
they would make sexual jokes about random products (like milk = "it's getting MILKYYYY in here")
they'd do tasks together so they can yap/make jokes while doing them
they'd probably hum while doing jobs and finish each others tunes (like zach hums half of a song then angel finishes it off)
they'd lose the scanner several times and almost fail to find it
they'd forget about recording temperatures for chillers and freezers
they'd probably laugh and joke with the regular customers for like a half hour cause they can't be assed doing things until the last minute
the last hour till close would be a mad rush to get things done: shutters down, lottery, newspaper recalls, supplier returns, waste, cash, getting their shopping etc
zachs definitely the kind of coworker that sees a customer he doesn't like and asks someone else to serve them so he doesn't have to
