Spectre Loop 		After decades spent traveling for her arcane research, Mallory settled in the city of Blackshield and started an antique shop. It was born more from a need to store her collection of magical artifacts than any desire to actually run a business.

She chose Blackshield because of it's population of other supernatural and magical beings, long before the boom in tourists. Her shop is often swarmed with ignorant visitors who pick up and play with incredibly dangerous objects all day long, which drives her absolutely mental. Luckily she prices the things she wishes to keep far too high, and keeps an array of "normal" antiques around to sell and make enough money to buy more cursed statues and enchanted curtains.

Now that she has an apprentice in Xavia, she's taking advantage of having someone else to actually deal with the "business" part of owning a business. She has much more free time to focus on research, and she has even started taking orders for custom enchantments... for a hefty fee, of course.
