Random Dragon Captain: HOIST THE SAILS AND MAN THE CANNONS! THEY'RE COMING!
Random Dragon 1: ...sir they stopped.
*The entire crew looks up at the airship, which is hovering in the clouds. While they watch, the ship aims one of its cannons downwards.*
Random Dragon 2: WATCH OUT!
*The cannon fires, and dragons scramble to get out of the way. The metal ball slams into the deck of the ship, sending splinters everywhere. The captain growls, and runs below deck to assess the damage.*
Random Dragon 3: Sir, it seems like the cannonball is a container of some sort.
Random Dragon Captain: A container?
*He kneels down, and sure enough, there is a mechanism. The captain clicks a button, and the ball snaps open, revealing a small paper note within it.*
Random Dragon Captain: "Sqiggy gonna getcha now nerd."
Random Dragon 3: What?
*Suddenly, the waves rip open as tentacles shoot out from the water, grabbing dragons and wrapping around the ship. Occasionally, a swirling vortex would appear in the air above the ship, and more tentacles would come out and and destroy the masts. The captain screams one final time, and the ship is pulled beneath the waves.*
Viggo: That's a good boy. :D

Captain of The Whirling Tempest, Viggo is a grandmaster at arms and trashtalking. He usually resides on his airship, terrorising the seas of Sorneith underneath his ship's shadow. Viggo's crew only consists of Arcane, Lightning and Water dragons. Using tremendous amounts of arcane energy from the generator below deck, The Whirling Tempest can teleport for large distances across the skies, making capture almost impossible. Technicians also play a key role in managing the ship, constantly updating the technology and manning the engine and artillery. If the ship ever runes out of energy, the water dragons would take over, helping the ship navigate across the ocean blue. Loyal only to his sponsorer and his crew, none are safe from Viggo's grasp.

Stormtalon and a select few meet Viggo on the Frigid Floes once a year to share stores and exchange supplies. Goldenstorm gets 50% of the bounty, and in return they help fund the largest of Viggo's projects. These meetups usually can last a couple of days, for they usually have lots of tales to tell and play excessive amounts of card games. Did I tell you Viggo really loves card games? He usually wins, either because of the fact that he's extremely tactical, or because he usually rigs the deck. It's probably the second one.

...right I almost forgot the most important part. Don't except Viggo too much, or he might send Squiggy after you. Who is Squiggy I hear you ask? Nothing, just a colossal emperor-sized shade-infused Spirit of Arcane. Squiggy spends most of his days floating in space chilling, but when summoned, will swim into a portal and appear underneath Sorneith's waves to terrorise and feast on some poor souls at Viggo's command. We don't really know how Squiggy got into Viggo's possession. From what we've heard, it involved a complex ritual, Viggo, some of his arcane crew, and a small Spirit of Arcane. It resulted in a large monster squid, Viggo squealing in joy, and a bunch of missing (or dead. Probably dead) dragons.

Also, even though Viggo knows what all parts of his ship does, he can't seem to remember the names of them. It usually wastes a lot of precious time, but at the end of the day, it seems like Viggo could care less.

Viggo: Yo guys can we fire up the pink swirling orb thingy with the shield? We have a meeting to attend, and I would hate it if we were late.
Dragon Crew 1: Fire up the what?
Viggo: You know, the pink orb thingy with the purple glowing thingymabopers attached to it? Has a glowing blue dome covering it? Smells like burning seasalt?
Dragon Crew 1: We have 4 things that match that description.
Viggo: The big one.
Dragon Crew 1: ...the Crystalspace Generator?
Viggo: The other one.
Dragon Crew 1: ...the Blink?
Viggo: Yeah that one. Fire up that one.
