More chaotic than his siblings and even more evil. Empower Follows his own rules, and seems to have a party in his head that only he is invited. Empower is cunning and smart; a great fighter and a bully. Empower makes others do his biddings, except his siblings, Enhance and Enchant, who won't and Empower still has a little bit of a soul left. Empower runs a shop that has everything illegal in it, so it's well hidden, so long as he gets treasure and doesn't get caught, Empowers fine.
