Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People express concerns about the artificial intelligence capabilities, finding them weak and often less advanced than other readily available options. Consumers mention the user experience is frustrating, citing a confusing interface and an overwhelming number of features without proper guidance. Many reviewers feel misled by the company's marketing tactics and website presentation. Several individuals report that the website and advertisements mimic those of other AI platforms, leading them to believe they were subscribing to a different service. Consumers also express disappointment with the subscription, believing they were paying for premium features that were not delivered.

I like that in one app I can use several different AI tools at once. For this, I don’t need to download a bunch of different apps and pay for a subscription in each of them. It’s great that there are many different preset prompts - this is much easier than coming up with them yourself and spending time on it. The features with images and videos are also useful, or just for fun :) I most often use prompts for writing emails, because both in life and at work you need to write a lot of emails, and this saves time. The summary function is also very useful. There is so much information that needs to be constantly processed now, it’s hard to keep up with everything. The summarizer really helps with that. It’s great that you can choose different models within the same chat. You can compare answers if you have doubts and see what each model can offer for a particular question.

Deceptive advertising

Deceptive advertising - they've paid to boost results in Bing, and their links mimic the actual AI bot you searched for, fooling you to go to their website. To make it worse, the branding therein copies from the authentic site. Bot is a low quality impersonator, designed to tell you you've breached your free allowance after a couple of prompts, after which it directs you to pay for "premium". Essentially, all the hallmarks of a scam. AVOID. Always check the URL in your browser address bar of the site you are actually at.
