- Remove pre-release job (from ROS 1 days)
- Change schedules to run on weekdays only
- Rename debian jobs to semi-binary, which they are after merging Debian: Use release packages instead of development version ros2_control_ci#337
- Rename jobs to be consistent withing ros-controls
