Parsing Errors For Nightly Test 2

During the latest run of NightlyTestManual Nightly Test 2 errored out while parsing the results.

This should be investigated and fixed.

This issue is currently blocking merging #3093 and #3138 since both of them need new golden results due to changes in synthesis back-end and parsing config.

It seems to be that the newly added vtr_xilinx_qor had old golden_results.txt. ^{If only someone warned about this exact problem in the PR comments😠}
