Compound is a Search and Destroy Mode map. Compound is also known as Satellite.It is set within a large compound that contains two large satellite dishes and an antenna tower on the rooftops.

Description

Global Risk Operatives have done research and are certain that the leader of Black List, Ghost, is hiding in this compound. For this mission, Global Risk Leader Alex Roid has deployed a special league of soldiers, known as the Navy SEALs to lead the operation.

As said by the research, Ghost was found. He was spotted and running for escape, with Black List defending him through the way, but swiftly, Ghost was shot and killed by one of the Navy SEALs and was pronounced dead at the scene. Later a special news report by Sir Alex Roid announced to the world, that the leader of Black List was dead.[1]

CF

  • Original:It was released on June, 2011 and is the original version.
  • CFS:Modified some bunker materials and adjusted map balance compared to the original. It is the version used in CFS competitions up to CFS 2025.
  • Athletic Glory:This version does features minor layout changes.
    • CFPL S25 ueses this version.However, due to its low pick rate, the map was subsequently removed in CFPL S26, with Compound-CFS reinstated as the official competitive map.
    • Starting from CFS 2025, this version completely replaces the previous CFS version.

CFM

  • Structural Optimisation:The changes made in the reset of the Compound this time mainly target the obstacles of B-channel, A-channel, and A-point.[2]

CFHD

Compared to the CF version, there are multiple destructible walls in the CFHD map, and the top view indicates two destructible wall locations in the map. Depending on the material of the wall, the wall can be destroyed by grenades or firearms/melee weapons to create a path.[3]
