Debbie was absolutely amazing when it came to an issue I had with a pair of leggings I ordered. She got straight to it when she got my email and immediately got my leggings replaced for me. I had an issue with a pair of leggings ripping in the scrunch when I first tried them on. I immediately took pictures and sent an email the following day. I did get an automatic reply saying their help department is smaller due to the company being newer, which I totally get. You got to start somewhere. But that didn’t stop Debbie from working quickly when she did see my email. So far I have had an amazing experience with this company, this was my first time having an issue and I understand mistakes happen. I have loved everything I’ve ordered so far and would highly recommend!!

My sweatpants came broken, so i messaged them. Brooke helped me get an E-gift card so i could by a new pair or something else plus i could keep the damaged pair. She also offered to send a new pair but I just wanted an E-gift card. Brooke was very helpfull!!!

Amazing customer service! Had a peeling logo, sent it in an email, and Louise responded later with a polite apology and a replacement for the item.
Over a month waiting for a refund – no communication
Ordered in early December and had to chase the order before it was dispatched.
Returned the Hannah Pearson Flares on 5 January through their official returns portal (RMA 241798). It is now over four weeks later and no refund has been issued. Multiple emails have gone unanswered.
There is no phone number to call, no meaningful tracking information, and no customer service response.
Delays happen, but ignoring customers and holding their money is not acceptable.

dfyne had sent me a pair of sweatpants with a big stain on them.. obviously i reached out to customer service and with no questions asked katie gave me a $60 giftcard so i could order a brand new pair while not even having me ship the stained pair back. super hassle free and now i can order a new pair!!
