A pair of my shorts ripped
A pair of my shorts ripped, so I wrote about my problem and sent a picture of the shorts to their customer care and got a gift card with 50€ on it. (The same price as the shorts were) Louise was really sweet to help my through the process:)
Misleading sizing and lack of communication
My original order took a lot longer to come than estimated but it was placed towards the end of December so i understood delivery may be delayed however this was never communicated to me by Dfyne. Once my order came, I was really disappointed by the sizing, I used the size chart on the website to make sure I am ordering the right size yet every item I ordered was way too small apart from the tracksuit bottoms which were way too big. I returned my order w/c 12 February and have not received any acknowledgement of the return arriving back at Dfyne HQ or any confirmation of the return being processed. It has now been nearly 4 weeks since my return and I still haven't heard anything. I have also put in a query via the customer service portal and have not heard back and enquired via instagram and not heard anything. My order was £267 so I am really keen to have this money back given the amount and the time that has passed. I won't be ordering again as I am disappointed by the misleading sizing and lack of communication, given the pricing of the brand. I have heard lots of positive things about Dfyne but unfortunately that has not been my experience right from the start. I feel like the brand is over hyped due to its large presence on social media and endorsement by influencers that a lot of people look up to.

Great customer service!
I had an amazing experience with the customer service, to be precise with miss Shani. My impact shorts I bought from dfyne are my absolute favourite shorts to work out in, they are just so incredibly flattering on the glute area. That’s why i was so sad to see the dfyne tags slowly peeling off. I emailed dfyne and in a few days, after some talk with Shani, I was given a gift voucher for the inconvenience.

From start to finish the service has been amazing every time! I ordered the first time and had to return a few items for a different sizes and the communication was easy and fast, I had Jacqueline help me with my first order inquiry and my return, she kept in communication with me beyond that and made the process so easy and also gave me confidence in ordering again as I had no doubt if any ‘issues’ they would make it of ease. I would recommend the products , I was reluctant to try a new brand but so happy I did, the quality of the shorts, crops and tops feel luxurious, shorts thicker and squat proof and the fitted tops are incredibly comfy during training. I have purchased three times now and will definitely be back!

Refund delay
Sent a return back, it was delivered on 26th January and no sign of a return two weeks later. States on their policy that you should receive a refund within 4 days?
Also no reply from a separate issue I raised weeks and weeks ago
