Overall, the experience is very positive. The ordering system, reminders, food selections, website, delivery all work well. My only complaint is that the taste of the food is mediocre. There are a c... See more

Not one single delivery went well, even after several weeks of trying out the service.
Almost every delivery was consistently late by at least 1 day, usually citing weather, but sometimes without explanation.
Almost every delivery had at least one meal that spoiled due to a crack in the container; this includes the 2 of the 3 times my meals actually arrived on schedule. The 1 time my meals actually arrived on time AND had no spoiled meals, my add-on order had one coffee can that was somehow punctured.
I was very frustrated with constantly having to carefully inspect each meal, then place the inevitable phone call to support desk, and then track refunds. On the positive side, and the reason for my 2-star review rather than 1-star, Factor did do the right thing by refunding me each and every time.
The pattern of issues led me to preemptively contact support about the deliveries. I explained that even being 1 day late or missing 1 meal throws things off for folks on a strict diet, regimen, or causing planned meals to go past expiration date (because it expires in approximately 1 week).
To make matters worse, my area only supports delivery one day each week. If anything goes wrong, I'll get the refund but have to wait until the next delivery date 1 week later.
The straw that broke the camel's back is having received my last order 1 day late and with 1 meal broken, but then realizing my 2 orders of coffee were completely missing. I called support to see whether a 3rd box was still pending delivery. After hearing it should be in the box with the meals, I just shook my head and said "I'm done."
This has been a terrible experience not at all worth the price. The meals were decent even though I did have some broccoli that had begun browning. I took photos or videos of deliveries each week and am considering to post it as a comprehensive review on YouTube. Factor did the right thing by making refund requests fairly easy to process, and for that reason, I may give them a chance down the road. For now, I need a break.
They delivered to the wrong address. Didn't fix it. Was supposed to be 50% off for a year. Kept trying to charge for full amount. They couldn't bill my account due to trying to charge full amount. Cancelled my order. Called and complained. Once again would not fix the situation and told to wait even though they just canceled that day and I couldn't call the day before when I got the email due to their support closed. Then said I was just ready to cancel so she canceled my account completely. Called back to try and speak with a supervisor. Uploaded the email showing they were overcharging. Said they would fix it. Their fix was to start my account again and charge full price because they said I could not get the discount anymore due to cancelation. Never received one meal in two weeks. No willingness to fix their own mistakes.
The meals have always been very delicious and so easy. Just heat for a couple minutes and eat! I look forward to every weeks delivery.
Meals were fine!! Still waiting for my credit from 2 weeks ago when our meals were canceled due to the weather but were paid for !!
Superfood bars are tasty but they keep getting smaller. They are about 1/3 the size they used to be. Example of shrinkflation I suppose.
The meals are very convenient, but if I forget to make my selections for the week they auto select my meals and these are usually not my favorites. For the most part they are healthier than what I would eat if I was in a rush, but they tend to be very high in sodium.
The meals are convenient and tasty. Really enjoy the selection and how fresh the utensil are. Some of the salad greens are wilted but good flavors.
Overall, the meals have been very good. On one occasion, I received a meal that was marked as expiring the day after arrival. The most recent salad in my box had chicken that was discolored and filled with liquid in the packet. This was thrown away.
My food arrived late. It was warm and reeked of weed. I threw all of it out and am super mad. I think I will be canceling soon
The food has been delicious and we are very pleased!
The food is fresh and very good, but my husband said the shrimp was tough
If I could give a 0 or negative stars, I would.
I ordered a Factor75 meal plan for my elderly step-mom on 11/23/2025 at 4:33 p.m. and received an email confirmation. Within 45 minutes, I realized this would not work for my step-mom and cancelled the order on 11/23/2025 at 5:26 p.m. and received an email confirmation of that cancellation. The charge was never cancelled on my credit card bill, so on the day I opened that bill, I called my credit card company and filed a formal dispute. Factor75's response stated the wrong order purchase date and the wrong cancellation date, and denied the dispute; I have printouts of the emails showing dates and times.
Good products, but the cost is just to much. Not to mention they send green beans way to much.
GOOD FOOD. SOME TIMES IT COULD BE GREATER ESPECIALLY LESS GREENBEANS AND MORE SQUASH OR BROCCOLI OR EVEN CORN. The Meatballs could be better.
I am very grateful to the dietitian as she provided excellent information pertaining to low sodium and high protein diet option meals. Our situation is a little different than most. It’s because we’re dealing with kidney cancer and cirrhosis of the liver. Thank you for your time and valued your information.
First order came on time, as well as a neighbors box, which I took their house a few blocks away. Don't care for the type of broccoli that is stringy. Meat was tasty, and chicken was done nicely.
The food is not as good as I expected. Basically, the meat is just ok but all the sides are not good.
Didn’t like that you couldn’t cancel less than 6 days out when there was a storm and knew the food would be stuck in transit too long. Also the best food was very expensive but most of it was good, even the lower priced meals.
Some meals are very good and others mediocre. The plastic film is very difficult to take off.
