Embarrassing!!!

Embarrassing.

I told them I might change my address in 6 months.
They said: “No problem — if you move, just send us your new address and you can cancel your subscription.”

I clearly mentioned that the time it takes to reach the new club is important for me, not just the distance (15 km).
They reassured me: “Don’t worry, you can send the documents and we’ll find a solution.”
I even insisted, asking if they were sure — and they said yes.

Now that I’ve moved, they tell me: “There’s another club 15 km away.”
Except… there’s no metro to it. I’d have to walk 40 minutes + take a 25-minute tramway.

And the best part? They told me I’d be charged monthly, but later said they meant every 4 weeks.

Now they reply to my review saying:
“Sorry to hear that, but the conditions are in the contract you signed.”
Well yes, I did — but your agents, both in person and on the phone, explicitly told me I could cancel if there’s no "METRO" access to the club!

STAY AWAY

They are indeed not a GOOD GYM! As a content creator, I travel a lot and barely use the gym but I pay monthly which is absolutely ok because of the contract I signed which is 30euros by month charge for a Year. Just two days ago I decided to check when my subscription was ending and I noticed that this people sometimes charge me 39euros, additional 9euros! I have never defaulted in my payment, I saw that they will be charging me 39 euros on the 9th of this month of October and I immediately sent a mail to them on INSTAGRAM @fitnessparksaintbrice sous forest branch precisely! These people have been posting and ignoring my messages! They are not sincere and randomly add charges to my account. Highly disappointed! Unfortunately I have to keep going until my contract expires which is few months from now but I wish I didn’t sign up at this Gym

they are scammers!!

they are scammers!!! they make u pay extra randomly and tell u its in the contract. i tried to cancel my subscription a week in advance and they tell me i need to pay 2 extra months because why not profit off a college student right??? they did NOT notify me about anything. they dont tell u on purpose, greedy people!!! never touching this gym again!!! AVOID IT!!!

update september 6th: i contacted them on the 3rd and contested the notice period because according to Loi Chatel, you need to notify me 3 to 1 month in advance that my fixed-term contract is ending which they did NOT do. they have since proceeded to ignore my emails after i showed them the law. i have submitted an official complaint to the DGCCRF for this.

Après vérification de ton dossier :
- Tous tes prélèvements correspondent bien à ton abonnement et aux options que tu avais choisies. Dès que tu as demandé la résiliation de ces options, elle a bien été prise en compte.

- Pour la résiliation de ton abonnement, ta demande a été reçue le 2 septembre par nos équipes. Comme indiqué dans les conditions générales, il y a un préavis d’un mois (et non deux). Tu ne seras donc prélevée que sur cette période.

On regrette si ces infos n’ont pas été assez claires au moment de ton inscription. N’hésite à contacter directement ton club si besoin !

CRIMINALS. DO NOT USE FITNESSPARK!

I have never had such a bad experience with a business. I have never needed to leave a review but this business really is acting beyond the law. ZERO CUSTOMER service in person and countless emails and phone calls ignored. To begin with the gym ad Place de Clichy was disgusting, broken equipment. The people working on the front desk letting their freind's through without payment. It was so bad I went once never to go back. I bought a membership to another gym because it was not acceptable or safe to train there. I had to leave France for work reasons meaning I could not use their services, so contractually they were obliged with my documentation from my work cancel my subscription. I tried probably 20+ times to do this in person, sent countless emails. No help, none whatsoever. Not operating within the legal contract terms they laid out. I would honestly proceed with legal action if I had the time to do so. Terrible. Please join any other gym other than Fitness Park. Disgusting.

Regarding the condition of the gym: since your last visit, major improvements have been made — including a full relamping, a renovated Cross Training area, and upcoming renovations to the men’s locker room scheduled for July 2025. The club is continuously investing in better conditions and equipment to offer the best training environment possible.

They are theives

I asked to cancel my subscription because of medical reasons. And I was not aware that's my subscription was for one year and there is a cancellation fee. I went directly to the la galleria club and the representative didn't advice me of that. Fast forward I was advised that I have to pay for an additional month even if I will not be using the club for the up coming month, and they could not explain to me why exactly is that. I have to show proof as to why I no longer want to be part of the club Like they a dictating what to do with your money ( I did provide them with it.) But this company is a thief. I don't recommend using this company.I have a 16 by 20 cm mass, and I thought a light exercise would help, but it only made me feel weak after each session, and I was advised to stop. but Fitness Park does not care about that. all they care about is their money. This company is doing everything in their power to take my money and not let me out of the hidden contract. They have asked for a medical certificate which I have provided two the last one being in December. The lady has now informed me that this is unacceptable as I took out a subscription after the last one. To go to my doctor it is by appointment only and I have to pay 68 euros to get this document. If this is the case and they take my money I will use the facilities and when my mass ruptures or I get sick in some way I will sue the company. I have now been given a contract that was never provided to me in the first place. I was only provided with benefits. The address on it is not mine. And it was not the address I provided them with. You are thieves and I will always recommend this to anyone.my problem is that they don't tell you it's for a year. they don't provide you with a contract. and i provided them with a valid reason why i can't continue. because i continue, it's deadly. because after gym it affects me, and the lady makes it difficult to cancel even with proof. all she repeats after every line is about 30 euros.

Hard to access to the service!

I tried to access my favorite Fitness Park facility this morning but my QR code did not work !!! Very degraded customer experience: loss of time and energy. Hope this technical bug can be fixed very soon! I am paying to get this service!!! And it is not so cheap compared to other Sports facilities in the neighborhood!

Bad Payment Process

The center is quite big, enough equipments for your need but quite old.

BAD EXPERIENCE from their payment process, customer service. Charging extra 9€ beside the monthly subscription if there is something happen with your bank that make the transaction not successful. They don't even tell you about that and just blaming on customer side. Their communication will make you feel like they are money focused than customer focused. Now I understand why they have only 2.5 Stars here.

You cannot cancel through La Poste following their website guidance, so be careful before engagement.

After this year I will cancel immediately and switch to new one.

THEY KEEP CHARGING ME EXTRA 9euro without reason. There is no late payment. This is such a scam.

- The signed T&Cs clearly indicate that there will be a late payment penalty of 8 euros in the event of non-payment (point 5 of the contract).
- Regarding termination, it is possible to terminate via your Fitness Park app, or by sending a registered letter to your club once your commitment period has ended.

Scam!!

Scam!!! they make it impossible to cancel membership. Fake deals, corporate snakes

I signed up at the start of the year and then moved to a different area, they have charged me all year and I have tried to cancel with them so many times.

They have now sent a legal notice to me.

They said I needed to give them 28 days…

They said I needed to give them 28 days notice to cancel my membership, I gave them more than that, they then said because it wasn't by email it doesn't count and counted to charge me. They also over charged me every month by 7 euros and now I am trying to get a refund for being overcharged and they refuse.

Had problem with their app therefore…

Had problem with their app therefore couldn't get to the gym. Report wasn't taken into account and issues was not fixed. After canceling my membership they reached and asked to pay for the new started month. Without any apologies. The worst support ever!

This is a fraud company. Cancel the membership in Fitlane transition but they still continued to charge and take money from bank account. Went to customer service with no help and now after 2 years, they are sending messages to pay more money through the collection agency. Please stay away ...
