Very good service and fast delivery. This is already the second time I order a lamp. They have two of the best lighting brands.

Product was good, but didn't fit for my purpose. Return process was very efficient and easy.

It was a horrible experience. Ordered GUBI lamp, and it came without installation kit. The only solution they offered was me sending back the whole pacakge and get a refund (they arranted GLS package station and I had to walk with this giant box for 2km). They were not able to just provide the installation kit. I was naive to order another one, hoping that it will come complete this time. However, it came, again, with some missing parts. This time, they also say they can't just send the missing parts. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to waste so much of your time.

A great experience. The lamp I ordered came in less than 48 hours. The packaging was great. Would recommend.

We have received the lamp with a missing shade 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t received any feedback from them on the next steps. Tried calling the several times and they don’t really reply.
I also did submit the issue via email but you’re not replying?

I found the lamp I was looking for at the right price. The quality is excellent, with a thoughtful design and great execution. Delivery was on time as promised, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it.

They shipped the wrong product and once open the package (it was a rug) a smell of mold like it has been in a wet place. When asked to get a refund it was a nightmare, asking packages photos, labels photos etc. And to return I should have wait at home the whole week waiting for the UPS guy to pick up. I gave up but I will never buy anything from this website.i hope this can help if u are thinking to buy from this vendor!

We had a little issue with one of the lamps ordered and the support was great!

According to the website, my product was in stock and should have been delivered within 3-5 days. Have been waiting for over two weeks, and the parcel tracking shows that the product got sent back to the producer without being tried to deliver to my address. No information about this has been shared with me in the meantime.
I hope Lampenmeister is compensating their customers...

I ordered two lamps on the black Friday sale, the Heaven 5 Pendelleuchte - Markslöjd and the Onion Pendelleuchte - Watt & Veke. They are both beautiful and well made. The packaging was good and the delivery time was average. All in all it was a good experience.
Minus one star because they charge the shipping if you want your order delivered to your home, although the cost of the order was 304€. The delivery was done by GLS, who did not ring the bell and they just left the lamps at the entrance of the building. If I had to pay, I would at least expect a professional delivery service.
