Our electrician had a difficult time putting the fan together. Also, one order we paid for expedited shipping to arrive between Feb 6 to 9th and we still haven't received it on the 11th. Month and a half ago I had bought a lamp. They had sent the incorrect one, and after 45 days asking for a refund and to have a courier collecting it, NO answer, NO reply, NO action.....unbelievable that they have this poor customer service.

the lamp was damaged and once the glass bowl was installed it was not possible to take it out, I have to return the lamp now with a light bulb inside the lamp because we couldn't uninstall the lamp
