Sideboard arrived severely damaged

Sideboard arrived severely damaged. Very slow delivery time and now I can see furniture is out of stock. Very inconvenient and I cannot put the furniture together as the two most important pieces are damaged! Huge chunks off the corners of the centre shelves which hold the whole unit together!

Customer service phone lines are only open 8:30-11:30am so I really hope I get a quick response from the contact form.

I would like a full refund as I cannot put this together without these inner parts! Ordered through B&Q

I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase the furniture here because I didn't know the company and the products were much better priced than other stores online. I was so pleasantly surprised. The packages were sent almost immediately and I had access to tracking the whole way from France here. The furniture was easy to assemble and it looks great! So happy!

Lovely furniture items, found exactly what I was looking for. Arrived well packaged, no damage even though it came from overseas. Was easy to put together & quality of the material was also good.

Very pleased with the pair of sun loungers I purchased. They were very competitively priced and arried fairly quickly, despite coming from France. I haven't used them yet given its February, cold and wet but I am hopeful for a sunny summer!

Drawers look great, feel solid, and were worth the wait. Great service in the end!

Sweeek "Smile" Sofa impossible to return.

Sweeek "Smile" Sofa.

Beware, this company charges 20% of the total item to return anything you get. Also the link on their website to start a return doesn't even work. It sends me to a Zendesk link that says the company no longer uses Zendesk.

The size of the sofa and the feeling is extremely disappointing. It did anything but make us "Smile".

We can't get a hold of them to return this item, so we're writing this review so hopefully other people won't make the same mistake.

I hope Sweeek will contact us to resolve the issue.

Bought two Madere bedside cabinets recently that were delivered on time and really well packaged. Products were excellent quality for the price and looked lovely. Have now just bought a console table in the same scandi style. Great service and impressed by the value for money. Excellent company and products.

The Sweek chairs we ordered are great…

The Sweek chairs we ordered are great quality, easy to put together and we’re super happy. However, the delivery experience was really poor, we ordered before Christmas and with a pre-Christmas expected delivery. Both parcels got lost and we had to re-order. It’s still a 4, as although the delivery experience was really disappointing, the customer experience when we contacted them about the issues has been great. Themmy managed this issue throughout and was super helpful and responsive when we raised issues and eventually got them sorted for us. If fulfilment was better I would recommend without hesitation.
