That you don’t answer your emails when something went wrong with your product after a 2 year warranty promise

I have completed your questionnaire re the date of damage, the damage it’s self the weight that sits on it the position and how many times a week it is used????
I am absolutely appalled at you lack of communication regarding my issue with the Bjorn boucle sofa , 1st item on this review no 9kac7776 . I have tried contacting you Numerous times to no avail. I am disappointed that I actually pay by bank and not paypal and even Amazon. That chase these thing up for customers. Very very poor show

Poor results

Hi,
I had a ticketmaster refund paid into a closed account
I contacted them and completed a form and arn no on 5th jan, heard nothing contacted them again on the 21st jan, couldn’t find me initially, said they sent email 9th jan, checked all mail no email, resent email and arn no , back on again today 5th feb. Surprise couldn’t find my request. Completed yet another request form for my monies, asked if there was someone I could speak to regarding this was told no as I don’t have an account, asked bout an email I could send it to, was given the cs email address which I’ve been sending stuff through which they said on the 21st they hadn’t received
!! Agents were pleasant, response, followup and resolve is poor
