I have completed your questionnaire re the date of damage, the damage it’s self the weight that sits on it the position and how many times a week it is used????
I am absolutely appalled at you lack of communication regarding my issue with the Bjorn boucle sofa , 1st item on this review no 9kac7776 . I have tried contacting you Numerous times to no avail. I am disappointed that I actually pay by bank and not paypal and even Amazon. That chase these thing up for customers. Very very poor show
