Very bad company with a very bad logistic partener, they fail to deliver my parcel, and they provide a photo not for my address. They refused to refund my money, but my card refund my money.
The Post Code wrote wrong, even I wrote to them from day one to correct it? The logstic delivered the parcel to wrong address! The photo of parcel is not for my home! The logstic new my address! Why not to check the photo is not for my address by sending one of their staff, especially the photo for outside door! My house door is white, and the photo they provided show the door colour is grey? Very simple! Instead of to chased me by tens of emails, just to not refund my money?
