Useless support, it's the same company as ricardo so ofc they have garbage support.
For over a year now, SMG, the parent company of Anibis/Tutti, has been a prime example of poor managerial decisions.
The merger of the Anibis/Tutti UI has resulted in a substandard user experience (UX).
It is perplexing to witness the pretense that these are two distinct offerings.
If you're trying to save on costs, don't cut the features that made your service stand out from the FB marketplace.
Additionally, for a period of several weeks, a fee of 19.9 CHF has been levied for 60 days of advertising, with a price cap exceeding 5’000 CHF.
And all this just to get you to publish on Ricardo, which is a commission-based service. But probably just a coincidence ;-)
The constant reminder to publish on Ricardo is really annoying, by the way.
It is debatable to charge users for a service that does not add features or enhance the overall quality of the product.
I know it might help with short-term metrics like for a potential IPO.
But it'll do long-term damage to the trust users put in your ecosystem.
And I don't want to be a part of this game of fools, to be honest.
I placed an ad in their portal and it simply got deactivated without any valid reason! Dont loose your time with these guys. They seem to be very arrogant. There is no way to contact someone than by email (24 hours waiting time). Extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Don't use this platform. Just bought an E-drum. It smelled of the cheapest lady perfume, so I tried to return it: no chance. Seller was super aggressive and rude, completely in denial of all my claims. I was forced to keep the drum (no help from Tutti, the police or the law!!!). Will have to try to clean it for hours. Horrible experience. No thanks.
Food was so good and service was quick. Vodka pasta was to die for.
Unable to login wven after multiple password resets. Creating a new account with a new email also doesn’t work and gives an unknown error. The site is also full of aliexpress drop shippers with insane prices. On top theres not one thing you can sell without scammerscontacting you, trying to scam.
Very quick reply from the customer support service
i've asked to remove my account, they are not willing to do this.

This app is cool BUT too simple. there is no protection or commitment for people in the deals. people disappear etc.
ricardo is much better for it.

Wanted to sell a camera on that site and was almost successful. The buyer cancelled so I messaged tutti customer service and asked how the buyer can get the money back or if we could both cancel the payment since it was made on there. I never accepted anything and got literal proof that I didn’t get a dime from the buyer, customer service accused me of being a cheater, a liar even tho I was still texting that buyer on whatsapp and they also threatened to give away my information to the police. Now tell me how that’s supposed to be responsible. I feel like I was doing cs work and not that person behind the pc.

Tried to sell products on that website, even wanted to buy ads there. However they rejected my attempt to sell, giving a reason to include my bill as proof of product ownership there. I did that, they kept coming back with more stupid remarks.
If you want to sell your products I suggest using riccardo instead.
I have deactivated my account, as the customer service is simply unacceptable.
Regards
Georg
