Excellent Customer Service
I was there to test a specific mobile phone, and the one on display was not working, so the sales assistant went into the back to find another one, then charged it up enough that I could test it before making my purchase. I had also just come from another large chain electronics shop down the road who had the same problem with the phone on display not working, but their sales assistant said there was nothing he could do about it. So I went to Power instead, and Power ultimately got the sale because they went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!
