Customer Experience Nightmare
I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Stuffle. According to their website, nearly all items are accepted as long as they do not mold, have holes, or are severely damaged – none of these applied to my clothing. Yet, 5 out of 9 of my items were rejected.
What followed was outright absurd: I was expected to pay for the return of my own perfectly fine items – €0.95 per item plus €3.95 for the package.
The customer service was completely unhelpful. Repeated inquiries and complaints were largely ignored, and my concerns were dismissed. In the end, my rejected clothing was simply recycled, without giving me the chance to get it back.
It is incomprehensible how a platform dealing with second-hand clothing can show such a lack of fairness, transparency, and customer care. I feel not only disappointed but outright taken advantage of. Completely unprofessional – I cannot recommend Stuffle under any circumstances
