I used the service once, for 1pdf. I paid EUR 1.50 for it. A month later I'm surprised to find charges of in total EUR 101.5 by this company. Looking back, I find fine print stating I'm signing up for EUR 50 every 4 weeks. This was totally not clear from their website. What a scam.

In addition, a confirmation email is automatically sent after registration that outlines the subscription details and billing terms. This is provided specifically to ensure customers have access to the information even if it may have been missed during the signup process.
The initial low-cost trial grants full access for a limited period, after which the subscription renews only if it is not canceled. Customers are free to cancel at any time during the trial to avoid further charges.
We understand that billing details can sometimes be overlooked, and our support team is always available to review charges, assist with cancellations, and help resolve concerns when contacted directly.
They send me a product that has been opened and shows signs of wear. They then claim it's brand new (basically saying I'm lying or an idiot). I have them the option to replace, and now I feel like an actual idiot, for being nice to them. They put up barriers for returning products.
They deliver as promised and I immediately returned the old empty canisters but now they claim they didn't receive them. I followed their instructions to the letter and still they claim it's my fault, and that I should find out where they are. Even though THEY have the track and trace code, and PostNL says THEY should contact them. If they really wanted them back, they would have checked with PostNL. They just want to make an extra 30 euros.
The whole returning of old bottles is a scam if you ask me: if you stop using the product, you can get 1 or 2 euros per canister, but still they charge me 15 per canister for not returning them??

Ik bestelde een ventilator. Deze werd snel bezorgd maar was niet goed in elkaar gezet. Het zou echt supermakkelijk opte lossen zijn ware het niet dat er een schroef met een driehoek (?!?) was gebruikt. Dus ik leg dit uit, stellen ze voor dat ik hem terug stuur. Dan zouden ze "proberen" het binnen 10 dagen te verwerken en dan zou ik misschien een nieuwe krijgen. MET DEZE HITTE? Dat terwijl ik de oplossing aandroeg: stuur mij een driehoeksbitje op en ik reparereer hem zelf wel. Nou dat kon dus niet. Uiteindelijk gelukt hem te repareren met een schaar (jawel). Wat een kansloze service. Niet 1 maar 2 sterren omdat het wel snel bezorgd was, en ze snel reageren.
What a scam. If you don't link your bank account/paypal, then you need to "charge money"?? And then they PRETEND that a movie is 4 euros, just like the competition, but as soon as you hit "rent", lo and behold, it's an extra euro, for HD. Even though they automatically figured that one out already. But now of course they already have my 4 euros, as I had to first charge the account... WOW. I'll tell everybody to just use amazon. Who don't try to cheat the customer. Good game Pathe.
They have the worst possible login system and support. When I copy/paste the activation code it tells me it's wrong, and I'm not the only one with this problem. When I log in, every single time it wants me to "authenticate my new browser" and no, my settings are not such that cookies are disabled. I gave up and installed their software, just to be able to login, but I cannot, because the app "cannot connect to the servers", which is also apparently a known issue. Then I tried internet explorer and lo and behold, "there have been too many login attempts". No s**t.
How many times do you want to make a user click buttons to say they do NOT want anything extra? And invert the questions such that some people will get confused? And popup again and again asking if you're sure???

The products that can be selected before payment are meant to help customers and those may need a little attention. There are a few choices but they are also important choices for many. These services give everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and in these cases it may be good to have, for example, cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.
