As with other users I discovered that I couldn't access the document until I'd paid for 14 days use, which I had to do so as I required the translation. However, the document did not completely translate the last page was unreadable. Then I discovered that they took £23.08 out of my bank, saying I'd signed up for a monthly subscription, which I had not. Be aware before using this site. I wish I'd checked here first

SCAM: they pretend it costs euro 1.5 , and then silently start changing you EUR 50 every 4 weeks!
I used the service once, for 1pdf. I paid EUR 1.50 for it. A month later I'm surprised to find charges of in total EUR 101.5 by this company. Looking back, I find fine print stating I'm signing up for EUR 50 every 4 weeks. This was totally not clear from their website. What a scam.

I just wanted to convert a document to pdf. They want me to pay for that too...
They will not let you know if their service is free or not, they will let you make changes, and as soon as you press "download" or "done", bam, you get the sign up/log in, to download your document.
After you login in, bam! pay us for a service that is literally free on the internet, converting a word document to pdf.
Waste of time, horrible trash websites like this should be immediately put down.
