As others have said - this company is a scam! It's not a UK company but posing as one - it arrived from China after weeks and is super cheap tat for super high price, came in crumbled, flimsy packaging. The return address as someone else said is a UK residential address, very dodgy, and the customer service is only AI bots. They kept offering me a discount to keep it. I sent it back at my own cost and haven't received a refund. This place needs to be reported and shut down! Do NOT buy from here!

Terrible! A glitch on their website meant my details went through incorrect, although technical fault was on their part, they charged me full price for my delivery that had to be cancelled. customer service were rude, combatative and unhelpful. Right before Christmas too - lovely!

Avoid! Paid for than £80 for shipping - for a £150 item that was unfit for use. extortionate and onerous returns process - think very carefully before buying anything from here! Only other return option is to take to the stores but there's not one anywhere near where I am. Unhelpful customer service, too!

Wouldn't recommend for international customers, shipping and return shipping to be covered by customer so if the item doesn't suit or fit - very likely with vintage items - you end up very out of pocket! I spent 30 euro for something that was too big as measurements didn't match...

DO NOT buy from Made.com! I recently purchased the Cohen Floor Lamp and it was faulty (kept blowing up bulbs, though they were the correct instructed wattage etc). Eventually they sent a replacement (after appalling customer service, sending a technician who never showed up after waiting a whole day) and that is also defective, making a horrible, dangerous-sounding whirring noise whenever on. Contacted Made and sent a video. All they offered was to collect the item or a meagre £30 voucher to spend on more likely dangerous broken items! So no lamp and a waste of £99 for us. Would never ever buy here again!
