Great value. Delivery was a while but does state 15 business days but took a few days longer. The jumpers and hoodies I got were all good quality but nothing amazing 2 x adidas 1 x puma 1 x nfl hoodie 2 x champion hoodie. Would have like less multiples and maybe at least 1 higher end top. Would order again if a good offer was on.

Returned a item for exchange as per the messenger online chat. Returned and had signed for and tracked. Checked delivery and have had returned.
Tried to call and number not working. Sent two emails and still no response 2weeks after receiving return. Tried online chat again and no joy.

Easy to order and a nice looking product in a protective case. Proof will be when I use it to see how good it will be in keeping insects away.

Did refund postage and out of stock product but would be very hesitant to purchase again if web site is not updated with in stock or out of stock in a timely manor

The app has helped me understand what I put in my mouth and the calorie tracker to help loose weight is bang on. I have lost 3.5 stone in 3.5 months. The barcode scan helps make it easy to record calories and the fat it can pull meals from gusto or hello fresh takes the guess work out. For me it has been brilliant

Fitted me in for a urgent appointment as my eye was full of blood. Gave a in depth examination and put me ay ease regarding my eye. Also had a eye test as it had been 4 years. Staff all friendly and helpful.

I ordered a set of cookware from the site which were great value, plus £7.99 delivery which was explained. This was part smooth it said 14 working days for delivery which again clearly stated. on the 16th working day I contacted the seller (J STAR DIRECT) as go groopie do not sell themselves trying to find out where my cookware was. The next day was advised it was lost in transit, very odd I had no confirmation of delivery number, but thought these things happen so asked to send me another set out which the reply was on no longer available.
This is strange as they were still advertising them for sale and as I write this still for sale (27th July) I stated this to both Jstar and Go Groopie and basically was ignored. Yes, I have a refund but the point is items are being sold that do not exist so the company hold your money for basically a month until refunded, seems like a scam to me as how many other products are the same. Also look out for another sister site of go Groopie (Mighty Deals) registered at the same address and also selling the same product from....JStar........avoid these people at all cost !!!!!

If I could give less I would. I had a consignment of 12 parcels sent to me on a next day service. 1 arrived next day. 2 more arrived 8 days later. Trying to track a parcel and most definitely trying to obtain a phone number to speak with a human is near impossible. Still neRy two weeks later 7 parcels still having a holiday.
The two that arrive were falling out of the boxes and the driver caught on my door bell sheepishly leaving them and not ringing the bell.....I can assure you it was the treatment they received not the packaging.
Emailed customer care or do not care 3 times only to be told sender needs to contact. It has got so bad the sender is prepared to send my whole order again if not delivered in full in 24hrs. I would never use this company again and if I was purchasing a product from a company who used them I would use another company. It is a very sad sorry state that a simple process can be so badly handled by the carrier.

Delivery came at the indicated time on the day promised. the delivery guys were polite and let my radiator in the garage as asked.

Product as expected but delivery was late, but to give credit to the Fragrance shop they refunded my next day delivery charge. Would certainly use again
