Dhl express are completely useless

Dhl express are completely useless. We have been awaiting various deliveries from them. Yesterday I have them full directions, a mobile number to contact and what three words and they still failed to deliver. There is no customer service, just an off shore customer service office who have no contact with the local office. The senior management need to get a grip of their service as I would never use this company by choice.

Three is the most appalling of the the mobile phone companies

Three is the most appalling of the mobile phone companies. They have no customer service and have managed to mix up my mobiles and accounts. I have spent over 5 hours speaking to various individuals who have so little knowledge of what they are doing. I advise everyone to use a different company until three manage to sort their processes which are literally a joke. If it was not reality in would be a great comedy!

Airband are unreliable

Airband is fine until there is a problem. Once there is an issue they do not have the customer service or back up to sort problems. If you rely on your broadband they are a risky option. Sadly until they have a more professional and reliable back up service I would look elsewhere

Hello Rupert, when a known issue has occurred our Network Operations Centre will text all customers affected regarding the issue. Senior Customer Service Advisor spoke to you yesterday regarding this issue and advised you of the process and will be feeding back queries to the relevant department

I have never been more upset with a…

I have never been more upset with a company. We have been trying to sort out our account for over six months. They can never help- computers down, will ring back but never do, phone lines go dead. We are only asking to set up our online account and to be sent invoices for electricity we have paid for. This is not much to ask. I would recommend anyone looking for an electricity provider in Spain to look elsewhere. As the previous review states the CEO stood step down as he has been in office for many years and the company is a complete shambles and should be shut down for pure incompetence. If anyone from Iberdrola can be bothered to read this review we would be interested to hear from you.
