Withdraw all your money from this bank!

TSB thinking it's thier money not mine under guise of safety. Absolute joke put petrol in completely normal activity, when food shopping also normal then went to pay for nail repair. As 3 transcations in an hour. Asked if it was me asked me to log into app to authorise put my passcode and then password in an authorised payment. Clicked in text link to say it was me so 3 identifiers passwords. Decided to block my card! Also did the same to my mum when she tried an online purchase declined it first time then tried again blocked no access to money for 24-48 hours both times absolute joke!

After using amazon for years because of…

After using amazon for years because of the customer servive and great delivery sad to say its gone crap like evety other company. Missing or undelivered items refuse to refund food delivery with defrosted perished food refuse to refund. As items were defrosted tried to refuse delivery said i had to take items and contact amazon who then refise to refund. Had removed the ability to make a complaint. Customer service transfer you through 10 departments and refuse to refund

Use a third party contractor to…

Use a third party contractor to complete repairs pacifica who try to fob you off at the office. Used once fan stopped working oven didn't heat up 2nd engineer came with wrong item (engineers great) office staff not so great tried yo say gone out of thirty days even though it hadn't 2nd engineer found a secondary fault as he tried his best to get it working despite being sent with wrong part. Got this oven as my other one was amazing don't know what happened but probably outsourced manufacturing so they now crap!

Mattress had very strong smell of…

Mattress had very strong smell of chemicals multiple large dents and squashed foam left it 48 not much better. Sent pics had to send multiple. Foam is poor quality sat on it and it sank to the bed base no support whatsoever. Only 11 stone so shouldn't be so poor. Customer service want a million pics despite sending them they want ones with mops paint tins and spirit levels on?? To show what I already showed in pictures only had a couple of weeks and looking like can't return despite guarantee and trial period

Use Groupon or Amazon avoid like the plague!

Thinking of using wowcher? Don't use Groupon customer service fantastic need a refund no problem. Wowcher have to redeem almost straight away if not say expired refuse to refund if your lucky enough might get wallet credit. Try to spend wallet credit that's a no to 95% of stuff on the site. Issue with 3rd party seller who won't sort out issue wowcher don't want to know. Buy direct instead! Customer service take days to respond then come out with some crap why they won't help refund or sort out any issue you may have! Also wallet credit that is supposed to last 3 months disappears out of your wallet and you can't get it back! Try amazon or Groupon customer service is top class. I used to work in customer service and believe me there's is worst I have seen!

Would give one didn't recieve refund for items returned paid 20 delivery next day then told standard keep cutting you off chat supposed to be human after chat bot but it's not just another AI assistant going through solicitor! What a joke do not buy off line!

Leave and join Octopus!

Worst company available for customer service and Ive been with all top 6 and Octopus. After 3 years of hell I've left. The app no matter when you go on live chat always says advisors not available try again later doesn't matter if it's 9.01 when they first open still no one available. You have to make multiple complaints and even then issues not resolved. Not once in 3 years have I been able to view my usage on the app despite new meters after 2.5 of asking and multiple complaints still can't view! Hound you with debt collection and added fees if late payment but can't reply to urgent issues on your account regarding incorrect billing ever! Very rarely resolve any complaints you make. Don't waste your time or raise your stress levels of being with them. Had Octopus for 2 years at mums house any issue resolved straight away! Can't recommend highly enough.

Do not use!

Ordered food put in my address which was number 13 said delivered successfully to number 42! Neighbours obviously enjoyed a free tea and didn't say a word! Tried to call the driver left a voice mail no answer no food! Can't get refund as says delivered successfully! Shambles! Had to pay additional charges for then to deliver to wrong address!

Avoid constant outages

Broadband went down phoned up just an automated service that sends you a link to access which you can't when your broadband is down!! That's the reason your phoning. 5th outage this month impossible to work from home keep getting told its the network then they change their mind send an engineer who switches it on and off then back to it going off. Disgrace used to be good now an absolute shambles. Phoned and they hung up don't bother phoning you back either! Promised refund for outage not applied phoned to get it hung up as it was close to closing time. Not sorted refund

Zero stars
After 2.5 years 4 failed appointments where they didn't turn up or notify me after taking time off work of trying to get smart meters sorted & energy display. Raised numerous complaints still no joy they close them without resolving issue or speaking to you! Trying to monitor usage on the app doesn't work even with smart meters says no data. Can never contact anyone via the app always says sorry no one available every single time! This is over 2.5 years so not a one off. No one available over the weekend when you have an emergency. To get the cost of living payment have to pay first then get a refund 10 days later not convinced at all this will actually happen without hassle. Other companies such as octopus automatically take lower payment or non at all if your bill is under 66 pounds

Update on last review advertised holiday as four star accommodation then booked us 3 star accommodation and the advisors refuse to raise a complaint despite the website saying this is the only way to raise one and keep ending the chat early whilst your trying to speak to them. And refuse to provide alternative accommodation or change our booking to 4 star with the accommodation

How are they still in business with reviews this bad! Absolute joke try and phone they say too busy try later and cut you off same with live chat good luck sorting any issues out at all! Want you to pay for 20kg bag then again for 10kg bag again for seat then again to sit next to person just waiting for the charges to use the loo and the oxygen to come in next absolute ridiculous after all these bad reviews still no improvement

Where is the zero star

Where is the zero star? No phone number to speak to someone. Live chat doesn't work on the app. so have to go on website only available 9-5 which is no help and queues of 100+ that you have to wait in. Booked four star accommodation got put in 3 star. Asked to change they want you to do all work and look for another hotel but nothing available on website apart from £800 per night. Advisors are rude with attitude. No voucher provided for accommodation. If you have massive problems with accommodation whilst away they will not sort or provide alternative! there are no resort reps just a phone number. Basically they will do nothing not even raise a complaint you have to do this too! do not expect any kind of support or help from this company AND ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE OR WHISLT AWAY GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Just got a brand new S22 ultra opened…

Just got a brand new S22 ultra opened the box to find I can't even use it! As there is no charger over £1000 and can't even use the phone what a joke! Contact customer service tell me I can buy one! I've just paid over 1000 pounds and you want me to buy the charger on top sorry but that's taking the absolute mick! Fuming! Going to return don't deserve my money

I'd give zero but this isn't an option. Booked a room phoned within given timescale to cancel. Advised by reception booking was cancelled. And I would recieve cancellation email. Did not receive email phoned back advised it wasn't cancelled asked again to cancel they said it was past deadline advised I phoned within given timescale and cancelled. Escalated to guest relations. Recieved an email didn't even speak to me or consider it just said they would not speak to me and refused refund. Incompetent rude staff absolutely disgusted will be speaking to my lawyer!

I'd give 0 stars if I could after being…

I'd give 0 stars if I could after being a customer for a few years I can say it has got progressively worse!!! If you have a fault they tell you to contact supplier who half the time don't reply. If they do, even if they tell Wowcher to refund do not expect this without multiple emails. Expect to wait a minimum of six months for a refund (not an exaggeration). After multiple issues over the past 1.5 years I will no longer be a customer. Your Wowcher can auto redeem even if you don't use them so you cant get a refund. I bought a Wowcher in December 2021 which expired I was told the Wowcher was valid from March 2021 to December 2021. Apparently I'm supposed to redeem the Wowcher months before even purchasing it???? One item didn't turn up still cant get a refund!! Facebook help is abysmal they ask you the same questions repeatedly and dont read and previous communication so you get asked 10 times for your details. USE GROUPON INSTEAD Much better service will refund same day if necessary or within a couple of days. LIVE chat never shows up on the website for you to use.

No contact about delivery date or when this would be. Luckily I was in at the time. If you email it can take 4-5 days for them to reply. Never order more than one item at a time as you have to pay for returns made the mistake of doing a big order as wanted a few items. Sizing is way off two size 14 can be five inches different one I got was more like a size 4 than 14 wouldn't fit my arm let alone leg. When you phone staff are rude basically say its you ordering wrong size and you should check size guide despite there being a five inch difference. Quality can vary massively between items. Used to love gym king now think I'm not gonna bother as customer service doesn't exist. If you order a crop top hope you don't have a long body as won't even cover your boobs! Hilarious I add a complaint on here and they respond with great happy to hear your happy with your order! Laughable don't even read the reviews. Then when they reply if you look at the replies it's the same generic response only have to look at that to know how crap the service is don't even read the review and send a personalised response!

Best trading platform I have used

Best trading platform I have used. Others like aj Bell charge 10 to buy stock etoro zero. There is only a minimal yearly charge. Overall least charges of platforms I have used. Very simple and easy to navigate on the app especially compared to the likes of binance. Customer service usually reply within 24 to 48 hours at the most unlike binance who don't reply. You can trade stocks, shares, reits, commodities and crypto where as others such as coin base is for crypto only. Overall comes out as the cheapest, best customer service, trade the most types of stocks and shares and by far easiest to find all the information you require. Also has copy traders for those who are not sure what to trade in where you can copy others portfolios. It has a chat platform for you to discuss stocks with other traders
