helpfull and professonal

I need to open a bank account for my 93-year-old mother. I was having some difficulty doing this online and getting nowhere fast. The local branch organised a Zoom call with the video banking team, in particular Giles Carter. Giles was patient with my mother and explained everything we needed to do. His knowledge of the systems and products was exemplary, resulting in achieving what we needed. he took all the stress out of the process. I would also say a word for the local branch in Gloucester, in particular, Josh, who is again very helpful.

Once I got through to a human, the service was excellent, helpful, polite, and did the job.

Getting to speak to a human was terrible

Fast delivery of good products

Fast delivery of good products. Instructions were a little. unclear in one area, but I dealt with this using online vidios.

having never built this type of guitair before or played it, setting it up has become a bit of a task thag i ahve yet to complete, maybee more in the isntructions about actually setting it up.

I never received all the issues, received two of the same issue number, and then just stopped sending them

customer service at the time did not want to know, but eventually sorted out the problem

Satisfied customer

had a few problems with delivery which was not the offices fault, the ladies in the office dealt with this very well.
Tower is well made and through the trap door model.

sort of satisfied

the service is fine, however the parcel company uses leaves a lot to be desired, i received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered. which had not, when i tracked the parcel it stated that it was in a smiths warehouse which is again not true. i contacted metals4u who informed me that it was in the curriers warehouse and being delivered the next day. to then fine out when i arrived home it had been delivered that day, nothing through the letter box to say where it was. its not metals4u, but very little confidence in the logistics
