I need to open a bank account for my 93-year-old mother. I was having some difficulty doing this online and getting nowhere fast. The local branch organised a Zoom call with the video banking team, in particular Giles Carter. Giles was patient with my mother and explained everything we needed to do. His knowledge of the systems and products was exemplary, resulting in achieving what we needed. he took all the stress out of the process. I would also say a word for the local branch in Gloucester, in particular, Josh, who is again very helpful.
