Poor quality, even poorer response to consumer rights.

Zip broke on the rucksack after just a few weeks of light use. I've emailed multiple times asking for a replacement to be sent out or now a refund and each time they say they'll get back to me but never do - just feels like the request is being avoided and ignored. Poor quality, even poorer response to consumer rights.

Takes the fees & does nothing

Reported a leak in our roof damaging our ceiling more than a month ago, have followed up via messaging service and phone with no response - impossible to actually speak to anyone at the business with a remote answering service let alone our property manager. We have paid thousands in management fees for diabolical customer service and zero response.

Update: Received response to say complaint will be handled within 30days but still have not had a response from property manager despite multiple attempts of contact and submitting a complaint. Issue was reported to R&R on 02/10/25, now almost two months and counting for a reply.

V slow delivery

The items took two and a half weeks to arrive even though they were in stock. Plants were fine but disappointed it took so long.

Wrong product size sent

Wrong product size sent - ordered for my son's birthday and now the product is no longer available. UPDATE 27/04: Fruugo haven't responded to my last message and the seller is not taking responsibility for sending the wrong size. I am left with a useless birthday gift and no refund or exchange. Avoid this website at all costs otherwise you will be left out of pocket. Surely this is against consumer rights???

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. After more than three months my samples still haven't arrived. I have followed up the team numerous times and only receive a reply after a few days if I chase. I have never received a proactive update about my order. Really disappointed for what I thought was a high-end brand. Don't waste your time.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother! Great business idea and really want to support local milk farms but customer service seriously let’s the company down. Milk is not delivered to the doorstep, dumped down so carton is broken or goes to the wrong address. When try to call to resolve any issues call queue times are 10-20mins + - they are so busy and clearly don’t have enough staff there is no web chat or email option. Such a shame.

Terrible travel agent

Terrible travel agent - avoid at all costs! I need to update the name of our newborn baby on the ticket & Supersaver won’t help. The airline have confirmed that they can update the name by cancelling and rebooking the infants’ ticket but it needs to be done by Supersaver but they are refusing to do it just saying they can’t. I have a very expensive ticket for a family of four that I now currently can’t use. I have been trying to sort the issue for three weeks, spending hours trying to get someone to help and have got nowhere with staff who are unhelpful and uninformed. I will be sharing my awful experience on the review sites so others do not share the same fate.

We are always required to follow the airline rules for the ticket(s) that you have booked through us. In this case, according to the rules set out by the airline it is not possible to change the name of the infant. We at Gotogate act only in the capacity of intermediary. To that end, our role and obligations are limited to mediating.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE!

The most appalling company I’ve ever encountered - avoid at all costs! Rendall & Rittner charge an extortionate management fee and to me as a resident have offered no value whatsoever. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails or make contact when they say they will and take no responsibility for seeing projects through. A have had water damage affecting my property for years with no action or resolution on their part - only corporate apathy with absolutletly no knowledge of their own projects or any semblance of professional conduct. They have wasted hours of my time and have left me feeling very frustrated and stressed that I’m not able to fix this issue despite contributing to their hefty fee.

Sleeping bags a winner...

We already had the winter sleeping bag & loved it so much we had to get the summer version too! Our son is so cosy in it and sleeps better in his Mori bags.

Beautiful bed and Sofa!

I ordered a Bagsie sofa and Coco bed, they are both absolutely amazing and beautiful quality! Bagsie is so striking and extremely comfortable. Coco is beautifully made and adds so much elegance to our bedroom!

Delivery was very smooth and the delivery men knew exactly what they were doing and were very quick at putting the furniture together.

Highly recommend both products and thank you Loaf!
