Missing parcel / No customer support
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I returned my order on 16/12/2025, and to this day I have received no confirmation, no refund, and no real assistance.
The last tracking update shows “Arrived at Lisbon Airport”. Since then, there have been no further updates. I contacted customer support multiple times, including DPD, and was told the issue would be investigated and forwarded to the French delivery company. However, no one ever followed up with me.
All I received were automatic notifications, not a single meaningful reply or solution. At this point, the package is most likely lost or stuck in a warehouse, and I am still waiting for my money back.
This situation has been ongoing for months, which is completely unacceptable. Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and I feel ignored as a customer.
I would not recommend this service unless the company improves its communication, accountability, and refund process.
