1 star experience here. Never received items. Had to go across town and buy from the big retailer to get them in time for Halloween all of which was explained to them and they just kept saying I needed to reach out to the shipper. DHL never responded and had to open a claim with the post office which took 40 minutes to get someone on the phone and get it sorted. This company kept saying to give it a few more days and check with my neighbors which I had already done and said they’d send more product out of goodwill when I had already told them I needed the product for Halloween which we were past already. Then they just point out they won’t refund items that are lost or stolen. Crappy customer service they can’t even refund like $25. Never again.

NEVER ORDER A SAMPLE FROM THEM (I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE). YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'LL END UP WITH. THE SAMPLE I ORDERED CAME IN A TINY, UNSEALED PLASTIC CUP, WITH JUST A NUMBER HAND-WRITTEN ON THE TOP. AGAIN NO SEAL ON THE ITEM AND NO REAL LABEL ANYWHERE. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD CONSIDER PUTTING THIS NEAR MY FACE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HANDLED IT OR HOW IT WAS HANDLED. THEIR MANAGER, JESSICA, SAID THEY HAVE "PROFESSIONALS" TRAINED TO OSHA STANDARDS AND WHATEVER. THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY FOLLOW THEM. AND KEEP IN MIND, ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE QUESTIONABLE SAMPLE ITEM, YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. QUITE A LITTLE SCAM.

Horrible customer service. Do not shop here, it is a scam. They Refuse to accept returns, they try to force store credit. Lying that I used the product.Had big problem with them but luckily my bank disputed the charge for the item that I have returned unused because it was not my regular foundation. I can tell by the packaging. I just saw the other reviews here and on google. Wish I knew sooner.

Unfortunately I had two bad experiences with them. I needed a product asap and even paying for fast shipping the order arrived late and I still didn’t got the money back for the shipping. I don’t recommend this website to any makeup artist that needs to buy something urgent.

This place is a scam. I ordered a foundation stick on their website, however, they sent me the wrong shade. They said they would refund me if I returned the item so I did and they only provided a partial refund because they said they could not cover shipping costs and that the product was tested before being returned. Of course I tested the product. As most customers would when you receive a package, you're excited to use the product so you would of course open it up and use it right away. I did not realize it was the incorrect product until I tried it on because who would really expect that you would be sent the wrong shade and item? The shade was a completely different shade from the one I ordered. So I'm being penalized for their mistake. Their customer service is very shady and poor, I would not purchase from them or recommend to anyone.

They sent me a USED eye makeup brush and didn't want to give me a refund instead a store credit. HORRIBLE customer service and will never shop there again _

Product never received and the ensuing customer service was pointless. I’m their own email chain they say the shipper is known to post something as delivered before it actually is while also saying g it must have been a theft.

They want me to file a claim with the shipper on the basis of theft, but:
A - I don’t believe it was ever delivered
B - the website where they want me to file this doesn’t even apply to shipping outside the US (I’m in Canada)

End result : no product and a credit charge.

Horrible customer service! They sent me a used palette w fingerprint I. Pan, loose fallout everywhere ruining several others. Why? Because they refused to ship it with ANY SHIPPING PROTECTIVE MATERIALS!! this by the way is breaking their own rules and guidelines. When you bring it up they refuse to do what's right or help. It's their responsibility to ensure I recover what I paid for as described. They are actually breaking several laws as well in not providing what customers are paying for. How could you send n extremely delicate makeup eyeshadow palette in a large box w ZERO protection? Not to mention the manufacturing process left my palette with a fingerprint/ if not it's been swatched n used.

I would not even rate one star, poor, rip off company. Ordered a case not on sale and now they will not issue refund for a defective case and trying to tell me final sale, there is NO Where that the order said that. I would beware before ordering from this fly by night firm. I have reported to BBB and will not quit there.

This store is my favorite, hands down. They always get me what I need when I need it, and they have launched some awesome new brands this year. I am loving the Vike Makeup Remover, and I can't believe they now sell Lethal Cosmetics!!!!!!

TO ALL who buy from this place, I ordered an item and never received it, I emailed repeatedly to some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of these people trying to make it right to KEEP a customer they tell me that USPS delivered the item to the correct address.....really that's it?? as a consumer we all are aware that packages are stolen everyday all day from in front of people doors....did they make it right in the end you might ask.....NOOOOO, the customer rep I spoke with "BUFFY" says our company does not offer refunds and it was shipped to the right address.....guess she doesn't realize there is more than one way to skin a cat!!! Worst customer service EVER in my life........UNHAPPY

This is my favorite shop for finding the best performing makeup. Their customer service is top notch, and they even take the time to send me a personalized thank you for my recent order!

I ordered Ben Nye powder from this website and realized that it is fake. I compared it to my friends Ben Nye powder and saw that the consistency was different and the smell too. My ben Nye seemed chalky, almost like baby powder and it never set my makeup properly. I’ve used real Ben Nye powder so I knew this one was a counterfeit

Only website I trust to get Professional Products from.

They are good but I wish they offered the sitewide sales a bit frequent which would be benefited by a customer who's not a makeup artist.

I Love this Company! They have been around... it seems like forever! OG's in the Pro Makeup Game. Customer service is really easy to deal with and they have a HUGE selection!
