I never received my package — it was sent back to the vendor as the package arrived delayed when I was already on holidays. When I reached out, the customer service was completely unhelpful. They refused to resend my order unless I paid the shipping costs again! This is unacceptable. Terrible experience overall, and I’m very disappointed. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I order hier since many years. Quality is great. There are too many formats available and maybe it's a good thing because the books are different every year :)

I have done more than 10 photoalbums and the one time I had a problem, they fixed it right away. This gives you a feeling that you can trust the business, that you can count on them if things don't go as planned! Really recommend!

Great quality and fast shipment. Process is a little convoluted, they should have an easier way of arranging the pictures in the desired order before you put them in. Otherwise, good.

I bought 3 calendars for christhmas presents and it was the best decision ever. The quality and the price were incredible.

After using Printerpix for my last 6 books, I decided to try Colorland, Stupidly I ordered my wedding album, 5 copies, paying a premium for the paper, print quality, even had one of them padded, no expenses spared. The tracking is awful, I've had updates stating delivered to London when I live in Sussex? Painful trying to get answers from their website, the phone number doesn't work from mobiles, when I did get through, the chap was no help at all, didn't give me any answers apart from the excuse that the book change couriers and there are multiple tracking entries, he himself couldn't find any answers. He then pointed out that the calendar I order a week after will be with me soon. I said really, I'm asking you about my wedding album and now am very concerned some random dude in London has my photos!! I should have been sending these as Christmas gifts to family, not happening. It was the first and the last time I will use you guys.. Unless by some miracle the books turn up in the next 12 hours.

The website was actually quite easy to use, but your service, communication and customer care sucks.. No idea as of yet what the books look like, I may upgrade my review

Update: One of the photo books arrived and damaged!, the one I had ordered with a padded cover (Which isn't actually that noticeable that it is padded), extra for color, extra for better paper and what the actual!! Its awful, Print quality bad and pixelated, Color way off and giving people red faces!! Background is seriously pink!! The pictures provided were all over 2 MB and taken by professionals, so high quality for print, and it looks like I've sent old phone camera shots. You guys have really messed up bad and with my bloody wedding album of all things!!

I was a bit skeptical because I used photos from my smartphone. When I received my book, I was surprised with quality even with photos from smartphone. After it, I order two new books, and they look amazing too. Online app for creating book is great, bug free, and gives a lot of design elements and templates to play with. Will use it more for sure. Not to forget the price, which is more than fair! Thanks!
