It is a great purchase
It is a great purchase. Very light and handy. I didn't think I will like the light indicator, but I love it. It shows all the dust on the floor. I use it in auto mode and it gives around 40-45mins of cleaning, which is enough to clean the floor and couch in a one bedroom apartment.

Not for curly hair, switches off sometimes from over heating. Dont recommend if youvegot thick hair like me!!

The customer support is pathetic
The customer support is pathetic. I have not received my parcel it’s been a month.
Contact customer service 5 times, they were not at all supportive.
I requested the money back , still no confirmation and update regarding that.
Really disappointing for such an expensive product.

Ordered a new vacuum cleaner but got a used one. Then I asked for the exchange, and it’s been 3rd week and still have not got my exchanged device and their is no transparency what is the delivery status of my device. And the customer support is not helping to answer when will I get it.

Wrong price charged to my PayPal
I had the item in my cart with a dicounted price.
On the day of purchase, I opened the website and got a message that the item on my cart got a discount, I verified that the price is reduced and proceeded with the purchase by PayPal. I had the same reduced price on the confirmation page of PayPal, after I confirmed the payment, I got the confirmation back with the price before reduction.
After my rating, Dyson sent me this message:Please contact our support team directly from 'Contact Us' page, so we can look into this and get things sorted for you.
On the website the only way to contact them is by phone, which I did several times directly after I had the problem with the wrong value beeing charged, all what they said over the phone is "we are sorry that this happened, if you want you can return the product", I got this answer from several employees on the phone. So nothing will change and don't trust their reply. Very bad Experience with Dyson. Never buy from them.

best buy decision made
i had a Phillip hairdryer before, i didn’t know that my hair always became a bit blown up was not necessarily have-to-be; immediately the first night using dyson, my hair felt immediately different, it was so smooth and softer! price and quality definitely positively correlated
Two Corrale devices failed with the same issue
I have always trusted Dyson and have been a loyal customer since 2018, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Dyson Corrale. I have now had two different Corrale units fail with the exact same charging issue.
My first device stopped charging and I had to pay the €125 replacement fee in 2023 to receive a new one. Unfortunately, this second Corrale has now developed the same problem again — even though I take great care of my devices and followed every troubleshooting step provided by support.
What is even more frustrating is that the device is now out of warranty, and the only solution I was offered was another paid repair. For a premium product at this price point, it is unacceptable for the same fault to happen twice. This clearly seems like a repeated product defect rather than user error.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable — only for a fair and honest resolution. I have already contacted Dyson support and requested a manager escalation, but I have not received any follow-up or case number yet. My situation is also urgent, as I will be traveling soon and need assistance before the 8th of December.
I truly hope Dyson takes this seriously and reviews my case. I want to continue trusting the brand, but I need to feel supported when a device fails twice under the same circumstances
updates: I have already contacted Dyson through the official support contact form, but I have not received any email response or case number so far. I am currently waiting for Dyson to get back to me.
