My battery created problems
My Dyson v15 battery has stopped working. After some moment there was a smell and smoke was coming from battery.
I had to throw the battery out to avoid FIRE at my home. When I called and wrote this to customer service team they asked me to order a new battery with a cost.
I was not expecting this service quality from Dyson at all. Now I dont suggest to buy Dyson as they are not behind of their products.

I still havent received my product
I still havent received my product. The customer support is absolutely of no use or help, giving me AI generated responses, said my case is escalated and will get an update in 48h. Have I got it? No. For a company that sells products of such cost, youd really expect better. Temu sellers offer quicker shipping and better customer support than this.

V12 slim motor broke after 2 years. Ordering a replacement part through the Indian customer support is complete ass. First time the order was cancelled after 10 days due to "technical error". Still waiting for the device after the second order

This is what I call true customer service. You genuinely feel cared for, and that’s rare these days. After my recent interaction with Dyson’s support team regarding one of my devices, I’m now even more impressed and confident in both their products and the service they provide.

One start is a generous offer! The worst customer service I have ever experianced, they are rude, they do not speak the language (and the translator AI does not give understandable translations), but that all would not matter, I have sent my device to exchange, now over 40 days since they recieved it, but has not returned the new one, always finding another reason why it can not be sent yet. It's terrible, terrible service and the devices. Please do not waste your money on them!

DYSON – You’ve lost a loyal customer. And I think people need to know why!
I never thought I’d be writing a complaint like this, but here we are.
I bought a Dyson product (an expensive one, as always) while on holiday abroad, assuming, like any reasonable person would that a global brand known for premium pricing and premium service would support their products globally.
Wrong!
After my device stopped working, I contacted Dyson customer service in my home country, only to be told:
“We can’t help you. Dyson Dubai have rejected the replacement and said you must contact the number on the invoice where you purchased the product” So basically go back to the country you purchased it in.
Excuse me?
This isn’t a small market stall or some back-alley bargain bin. This is Dyson, a global, premium, tech brand.
What they don’t tell you upfront:
If you buy a Dyson product while traveling (even from an official store), and it breaks, you’re on your own unless you physically return it to that country.
No repairs.
No replacements.
No help.
If I bought an iPhone in New York and it broke in London, Apple would fix it.
If I bought Bose headphones in Sydney and they stopped working in Toronto, Bose would fix it.
But Dyson? They shrug.
"Go back to where you bought it."
So unless I want to book an international flight to get my hairdryer repaired…… tough luck.
No clear warning.
No global support.
No accountability.
For a brand that charges hundreds (if not thousands) for its devices and markets itself as a leader in innovation and customer care, this is not just disappointing - it’s shocking!
Adding insult to injury, the Dyson customer support is beyond shocking to say the least. I had to give them five calls and with every call I had to explain the situation over and over, after apparently each staff documented the issue to its case no.
It took literally six phone calls to get return label out of Dyson Germany.
I don’t know when last I have seen so much incompetence employed at one company, and staff who can’t speak the language clearly either.
For a brand that charges premium prices, Dyson delivers bottom-tier service.
I used to recommend Dyson to friends and family. Now I’ll be warning them instead.
Do better, Dyson. Your customers deserve transparency. And basic respect and global support!

Customer service is outsourced and for 6 months now they are telling me that they ordering system is not working . All I need is my brush to be replaced. I end up being on probably 10+ chats with them in last 6 months. They are either lying that part will be shipped within 48h or faking that they system just stopped working. Don’t Let the Shiny Dyson Fool You
I bought a Dyson expecting quality not only from the product but also from the customer service. Sadly, that has not been the case.
After my device stopped working, I contacted support and was told they would get back to me. Nine days later, I’ve had no real help — only repetitive questions I’ve already answered. My device is unusable, and Dyson’s after-sales service has been disappointing at best.
For a premium brand, this level of support is unacceptable. Don’t be fooled by the shiny marketing — Dyson’s customer service is far from premium.
