I had a positive experience with the customer service team eventually when Jessica and Andrea stepped in they were especially great and helpful after another colleague completely disregarded my whole email on the issue of a faulty item replying with what seemed like a automated email…which was disappointing however Jessica and Andrea quickly solved it. I love ego and the quality of the clothes are great and affordable. They are quick at resolving any issues and the delivery/shipping is also quick which is a plus! I recommend:)
It was the first time I had ordered from ego some boots and I would never order from them again, the boots never came after weeks and I’d paid for next day delivery and never received them I contacted them several times and their response was they are out for delivery. They finally refunded my boots but not my payment for next day delivery postage do not buy from them
First time buying from them and the last! Ordered a pair of sandals in 2 different sizes. Kept one and returned the other on 12th January. It’s now the 12th February and they have still not refunded me. Evri are asking that I contact them for a refund, Ego are telling me it’s not been received yet despite me sending 3 parcels at the same time- the other 2 have been delivered no issues. Won’t be using again!! Avoid!

Placed an order on Tuesday for next day delivery, never arrived. I contacted evri after the shipping never updated and they confirmed my parcel is still with ego and they are expecting it, well past delivery time. After speaking with ego asking the where abouts of my parcel they basically told me they can’t help me so I’m now without my parcel and money.
Really poor costumer service I’ll never order from ego again, going to have to contact my bank today to launch a dispute since I’m now without my order and payment and ego refuse to rectify.
I needed help with a return , I got this instantly , very quick and efficient. Very helpful.

I ordered a top the next day for my birthday - it didn't arrive, so I emailed asking. Got apologies and promises it was on its way etc... I got promised by different people multiple times that they had shipped it, and it was on its way. Turns out it was sold out the entire time, and I got told a week ago after all of these reassurances? So was I being lied to, or do they just not know what's going on? Then this week, I have had a postman show up at my door 3 separate times asking to collect a package from me for EGO. What package? I do not have one? And, my refund still hasn't come into my account?! I ordered this top on the 26/27th time of January, and it's the 11th of February.

Brought a gorgeous tracksuit , very good quality and well worth the money, however when arrived , I had a problem with it and so contacted customer service and Jane was very very helpful, they were so understanding and very kind. My issue was resolved quickly , she made the whole process stress free. She went above and beyond to help and make sure I had the best possible outcome , I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from ego as I know they are trustworthy and a great lovely professional team.

Waste of time ordering from ego. First time I ordered and payed for next day delivery and my order didn’t even come a week later. I emailed multiple times and ego said they had gave the item to evri but according to evri they had not received it. After many days and emails later they gave me my money back because it was never in transit anywyas despite them telling me otherwise. Second ordering from ego I gave them the benefit of the doubt as last time I ordered it was Christmas. Second time I ordered only half my order arrived. For reference I ordered a co ord and only received the top. when I contacted ego they said they can’t send the pants as it is sold out however I wouldn’t of ordered to begin with if I had known I would have only been receiving half my order. I don’t understand why ego couldn’t have got in contact and told me they had gone out of stock or why I could still order them from the website if they had gone out of stock. I also don’t understand why I have to chase them up for my money back on an item they know they haven't sent me.
Overall I wouldn’t waste your time ordering off them again there so unorganised it’s a shame because I do like a lot of there clothes:

We emailed back and forth about the issue I was having and Jessel dealt with it very professionally and quickly. This all took place at 9 pm. I was realistically expecting a response to my email query the next day. All sorted within 30 minutes and after 9pm. I was very pleased.

I've been buying from Ego for a while now and what I do appreciate is their choice of courier, it gets delivered early in the day and I've never had an issue with lost parcels, like other companies such as PLT (avoid!!).
I've had a couple mishaps with mixed up items which can be annoying, however, their customer service team are BRILLIANT. They get back to you within a day or so and their replies are so fast! They have sorted any issue out within a week, never withheld any refunds or anything like that. Definitely focused on customer experience and genuinely want to help which can be hard to find in a company these days. All companies can have their mistakes but rest assured with EGO you will get a resolution. Much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I requested to return an item I was unable to wear over christmas. I did not return the item however as I went through a very traumatic event which prevented me from leaving the house. Additionally I was in hospital for some time also. Ego/Reveni then informed me they would be contacting fraud team regarding me not sending the item back. I paid £12 for this item and they set up a payment for me to have to pay £32.60 because I never sent the return, despite me still having the item…
NEVER EVER order from EGO. I have never experienced a company SO evil in my life. May God guide them

The returns policy or should I say how long it takes to get a refund is beyond ridiculous! Same response from customer service, returned 3 items, confirmed they’ve received the goods and they’ve processed the payments. It’s taken nearly 3 months and still no payments returned, I need to check with my bank as they maybe holding the funds, no payments have been made as per my bank. I certainly won’t be purchasing from Ego and will warn anyone else not to bother.

I have never been so shocked at how a company treats its customers. I paid for an items return for a refund and then they accused me of having make up on a product without sending photos. I asked for the item back and they wanted me to pay for it to be sent back. When I refused to pay, they send me a legal document and asked me to pay the full product fee without the item being sent back. I also sent back another item and no refund has been given.
