The ordered fan became defective after a few minutes of operation.
It was used as a replacement for a mechanically and electrically equivalent fan.
The failure was accompanied by smoke and strong odor.

I had to pay custom taxes, which were about the same of the price of the item i bought from this company. If i knew that the price would be the double, I would have never bought from their website. Custom taxes were not indicated in the total price shown on the order and the company indicated to the shipping company that i was the one to pay that. Never again!

economy shipping improvable: tracking messages are 24 hours delayed, so their utility is questionable.

I chose to buy from elecock because, unlike other sellers, they promised the fastest shipping for the **NIdec GW15D12MS1AB-57 Z32 12V 0.29A 4-wire fan**, which I needed to repair my refrigerator myself.
They kept their promise, and a staff member promptly replied to my email requesting information.

Product arrived earlier than expected. Price was also very reasonable.

This is not about tariffs or taxes, but rather about FedEx fees. You charged me 31 USD in your invoice ( attacted) related to international shipping cost , and Fedex invoiced me another USD 43,56 ( 36 fees, + VAT 21%) to deliver the products to my house. So, to summarize the current status: the two coolers cost me USD 23,96, and I paid USD 74,56 to FedEx. My suggestion is to change the courier company for international shipments, given the high costs associated with FedEx.
El producto lo recibí. Pero para mi sorpresa, ELECOK me habia cobrado como costo de envío AR$ 35.417,50. Al llegar a mi casa el producto, Fedex me cobró otros AR$ 57.915,00 por el envió. Sinceramente, algo está mal. Una pena relamente que el envio me salio mas de 80 dolares, por un producto que salio 20 dolares, pagando en total mas de 100 dolares. Un sinsentido total !!!!
