I RECIEVED MY SCREEN AFTER SUBMITTING ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE PART. TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS THE WRONG SCREEN. TO SEND IT BACK IS COST PROHIBITIVE. NEVER COULD ACTUALLY TALK TO ANYONE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND OUT IF I PAID FOR SHIPPING TO AND FROM. AFTER SENDING ME THE WRONG ONE. NOT HAPPY.

good morning, the spare parts ordered by ni are defective, they arrived today and our technicians have tested everything (with a 12v and 1A power supply). initially it displayed for a few seconds then it turned off and made a burning smell. now it doesn't turn on anymore
