The spare part was good , same as the original . But the time to wait until get it was like 3 weeks. They should say that in the web , but of course they will not because the will loose sales if the tell the truth that what you order it’s not in stock

I was so very glad to find this website for replacement fridge parts for my LG American Fridge Freezer as the LG parts service is utter garbage!

We ordered a fridge drawer/salad crisper and 4 door shelves.

The super fast delivery is awesome also.

I have given 4 stars because the parts have no measurements and when we contacted customer service to get this info, they replied saying they dont have this info.... (I kept thinking why cant they get the warehouse staff to measure the dimensions of every part??) Maybe LG can provide a data sheet of the dimesions.

The reason I asked is because the door shelves in the fridge have the same design as the ones the the freezer section only smaller. (They are also named the same lol - 4 different door shelves with no distinction)

Also concerning the pictures of the parts: white parts on a white background does not make the parts easy to see.

I ordered some important things more than a week ago. Delivery was supposed to take 1-2 days. It was then supposed to arrive after 6 days. I stayed at home to receive the package, but nobody ever came. Now the parcel is in a shop that is closed. Will never order here again.

Don't expect to be refunded if you return a product what they have send wrong and let me know to do a new order with the right product. I have 1 month and 2 weeks from my return was completed but still I didn't receive any refund. Very slowly customer service!!!

They had a part for my 7 year old dish washing machine and I got it in 2 days BUT they didn't send any O-rings which I didn´t notice at first and then after a lot of bother with water in the overflow relay stopping the machine and also power cut because of water in the electrics.

I had to use the two old ones which is really not good practice.

It is the part as promised. It came quick and no hassle. I will use the supplier again.

Contacted fixpart on wand clip holders which did not come with the 2 - Bosch vacumns I purchased. But when received, there was only one in the box. I emailed them telling them they only sent me 1 instead of the 2 I ordered. Within an hour they replied back saying they only had one in stock and wanted to get it to me instead of wanting for it to come into their warehouse. I received the second one a week later. I thought it was very nice of them to send me one immediately instead of waiting. They did not charge me for the shipping on the 2nd wand clip. Excellent service!
